I had terrible customer service experience. I've been having issues with my back and am in need of an adjustment. I called last week and this week, both times leaving a detailed message with my phone number. No response. Today I went in and was (not) greeted by a young person behind the counter. With each question I asked, I was given a look as if I was interrupting her work. I did make an appointment, but in retrospect, I might not keep it. read more

I was looking for a good chiropractor to go to in town. I found Hayes chiropractic through yelp and loved there reviews. When I went it I was greeted by the front desk staff and asked to fill out some paperwork. I filled it out and was directed to a room to wait for the doctor. I met with the doctor and the doctor recommended that I do x rays. X rays were done and after the doctor look at the x ray results he recommended I do corrective care. Doctor created a plan and I followed it. Dr. Hayes took great care of me and it is a great place to go to for chiropractic services. read more

This place is really unprofessional. The front desk staffs teenage son is behind the counter walking around, talking to staff exposed to all the protected confidential health record. I am currently in the lobby waiting and someone on the staff is shouting to the front desk people asking questions, singing and making weird jokes. I am Not opposed to staff having a positive interaction but this is a professional healthcare office. I do expect a little bit better. The icing on the cake is that I was getting an adjustment, going over my health information and another patient was in the room with me!!!! She was sitting waiting for her adjustment. I don't think this is ethical at all. The doors were open leading to the waiting room. No confidentiality. I was quite uncomfortable with the experience. read more

Husband has been coming here and has not stopped raving about the service. He felt he needed a chiropractor to adjust his back and found Hayes. He enjoyed his first appointment which came with the comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. He is continuing his two time a week appointments and doing the recommended stretches. I have suffered from severe neck pain that turns into big migraines since I was a young child. I have been in so much pain for years. I have relied heavily on pain medication to manage the struggle I've been dealing with. It has been awful! I have gone to doctors about this where they have told me to just keep up with my excedrin/Tylenol and given me migraine pills that made me so dizzy and sick Well, This past week I have had neck pain with migraine for 5 days straight. Taking multiple excedrin every day. I knew I finally couldn't live this way anymore so I finally went to a Chiropractor. Dr. Hayes has saved me!! I finally woke up this morning with no migraine. I'm able to take care of my daughter pain free and it feels amazing. Hayes is so kind too. He made me feel comfortable when I told him how nervous I was over the "cracking" He put me at ease and I am just such a happy customer. Looking forward to my future visits. If you want to feel uncomfortable this is the place. We came here with high hopes for a positive experience and instead walked out before we were seen. Honestly who knows how long it would've been if we waited for more than our 30 mins we were there. -The front staff lacks any type customer service and did not acknowledge our presence for over 10 mins even after noticing we were standing in the waiting area. -Within this time frame we instantly noticed none of the staff had masks on including the doctor. -This IS malpractice for putting patients at risk during this time of a pandemic. -There was also a sign which they had written out "You will not die" just because the office staff had no masks on. Ignorant and discourteous health offices that put you at risk should not be tolerated. read more

I went to Hayes Chiropractic for neck and back pain. During the appointment I mentioned having knee pain for the past five years; a condition for which I'd sought help from several different doctors. Dr. Hayes worked on my knee for two sessions. I've been pain free for the first time in five years; finally able to kneel down and stand back up again without using support, walk up and down stairs without pain, and exercise without the feeling of a knife stabbing me in the knee. I didn't really know what a chiropractor did til my late 50s. My Dr had checked my back pain and said it was arthritis (live with it). I had sharp pain in my lower back so I found Dr Hayes recommended on a Kaiser site after I heard they helped people with pain. . Dr. Hayes is cheerful positive informative and a great listener. (Better than my docs). An xray showed serious issues and why lower back hurt so I began coming and feel so much better instead of helpless. When I got a frozen shoulder we worked on it til it went away. I go back periodically for adjustments to help my aging back stay as healthy as possible. Even kids go here! On February 8th, I called Hayes Chiropractic located in Galt, regarding making an appointment with Dr. Hayes, who I have seen in the past. The reception who answered the phone greeted me with a "YES?!" Not a hello or how can I help you, but a YES! I asked if this was Dr. Hayes office, she again replied YES! I asked if this was a bad time since I was thrown for a loop by the way she answered, she replied "she was busy". Needless to say I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism I received. I have been gong to chiropractors for over 20 years from Capitola, Santa Cruz, Los Gatos, Campbell, Galt, Lodi, Stockton. I now live in Stockton and because I can't find a good Chiropractor here after trying 4 of them. I drive back to Galt to see Shawn Hayes HE IS THE BEST !!! He spends the time to get to the problem and work it out, his staff is very personable, professional and efficient.
