He responded about 2 hours later saying he had a cancellation the next day, sent him photos of the leaking sprinkler assembly, he asked a few more questions and then gave me a price. He told me in advance that he could be a few minutes early or late but would keep me in the loop on his arrival time. Jose texted me in the morning, let me know his status and showed up on time. Not only did he fix the sprinkler assembly, he also adjusted the sprinkler heads on my lawn, installed caps on the wire connectors on our assembly and checked all zones to ensure they were working correctly and that there no leaks. We chose to go with the cheaper option, and Joel was able to fix the leak that same day. The service charge was very reasonable, especially given the current state of our economy. I've contacted other contractors, and their estimates were very high. Joel also let us know what other services he provides, so he's pretty much a jack of all trades.
