We first called him when a gas leak was discovered on our property, which ultimately required significant gas line work and replacement of the main line from the meter to the house. Most recently, he installed a new water softener and took care of several other plumbing items for us. He has consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, does excellent work, and takes great care of the property while he's working. His pricing has always felt fair and reasonable for the quality and scope of the work, and I appreciate knowing that the job will be done right. He also leaves everything incredibly clean when he's finished. On our most recent job, he hauled away the old water softener, took all of the packaging and debris with him, and swept up afterward. It's clear that he takes pride in his work from beginning to end. After using Hartman Plumbing for multiple jobs over the years, I'm very grateful to have found a plumber I trust and feel comfortable calling whenever something comes up. Highly recommended!

5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

He took the time to carefully look around and figure out what was causing the problem instead of rushing through the job. I had contacted other companies before, but it was sometimes difficult to understand their explanations, and I didn't feel like I was getting clear answers. Johnny was completely different. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Johnny and All City Plumbing & Air to anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning service. We asked them if they could give us a loyal customer discount, the woman, Albert's partner, flat out refused and was NOT nice about it either. When we told our neighbors how much they charged us for hyrojetting and pumping out 1 septic tank, they told us they had definitely over charged us by at least $300. To be completely honest, I feel like a fool for keeping hiring these people and letting them over charge us time and time again. I'm writing this review now, so you will not make the same mistake we did. We thought customer loyalty means something to this company, and apparently the only thing that matters is just money and greed. They just saw us as easy going, gullible people, to take advantage of. They will rip you off EVERY TIME, doesn't matter how many times you've hired them. By the way, the lady knows nothing about customer service. My final words to this company (mostly to the mean woman calling the shots), if you're going to overcharge your customers, the least you could do is be NICE to them.
