Remodeling bathroom Needed to install new shower/tub valve. Walls were stripped to studs, so only…read moreneeded 2x4 between studs to attach valve to, solder and done. Did not notice until installing cement board and subsequent valves that the cross-2x4 for nailing was not level with the plane of the vertical studs. This means that one tap is proud of the wall, and one is sunken in. This was a few years ago - perhaps he's bought a level since then. Very nice guy, fair prices and professional attitude, but I would rather have had it done right, especially since this was not a complicated job. Every time I take a shower i notice the gap that shouldn't be there. I'm sure he's very good, and we just got the bad day, but there's more to plumbing than stopping leaks and installing appliances - a little bit of carpentry is sometimes necessary. Our shower has no leaks, it just irritates me that simply checking with a level would have made the difference in a five-star review.

We have a historic Oak Ridge Alphabet house and needed a full house repipe. Over the years there…read morehad been a lot of bandaids and partial fixed resulting in a hodgepodge of new and original pipes. The plumbing authority had the size to complete the whole job. We also had them install a tankless water heater and garbage disposal. Due to the scale and scope of the job we had the opportunity to work with about ten of the guys, all licensed plumbers. They did an excellent job getting this house in shape. All new water lines, drain lines, water heater, shower fixtures, toilet, etc. Every person was courteous, on time and nice to work with. Our job is now complete and I have the piece of mind that our new systems have warranties to keep them running smoothly should we encounter any problems. I'd recommend doing plumbing once and being done over tiny, bandaid fixes, which don't solve the issues.

They far exceeded my expectations, and our home had a ton of little issues before their visits: I had a vent duct cover that was falling apart, a hose stuck onto the wall, and numerous other little issues that would have required several different tools, ladders, and expertise. I want to emphasize especially how amazing the drywall patching was done. It was seamless...without paint. It looked world's different than the slap-dash, amateur job our builders attempted in the same room. While you may hesitate to call an expert like we did (we were so determined to do it ourselves), the people at this company explained every step of their process. If you ask any questions during a check-up (on their maintenance plan), they'll walk you through the steps if you're able to do it yourself. I'm so impressed by their willingness to help, and they clearly hire people who are kind first and foremost. I really respect that in a company. Highly recommend all the specialists here.
