I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.

Mr. Rutledge of Bigs Little Details is not telling the truth at all. I have not contacted him and…read moreI have not posted anything about his poor work other than on this site. He did not finish the project, which he worked on the last week in August, and the work that he did do does not pass inspection. I have the report from the Knox County Inspection office proving this. A licensed contractor inspected his work and informed me the ENTIRE roof will need to come down and be rebuilt since every single part of it is built wrong. Mr. Rutledge even used the wrong materials. The cost for this will be $9,500.00, which Mr. Rutledge will be responsible to pay. Mr. Rutledge has threatened and harassed me and called me every name in the book since the first of September and I have not slandered him in anyway. I am an elderly, disable woman and cannot believe a so-called Christian man would treat me this way. I have a mess to deal with, but considering he has no assets and has been in jail for not paying child support, I have not taken him to Court, although I should. With the report from the Knox Co. Code office along with pictures of this terrible work, I have no doubt I would obtain a judgment against him. However, I suggest he drop the entire issue and stop sending false Invoices and harassing messages and I will deal with the problem he has left me with.

We were so pleased in every way: communication, follow through, quality of work, respect of budget, and integrity. Almost immediately we brought him back out for additional repairs, including installation of a utility sink in our garage. His slogan is "let me do it so you don't have to." Well, there's no way I could do the quality of work he performs, and it sure is nice to move forward on significant home projects. Wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Did not notice until installing cement board and subsequent valves that the cross-2x4 for nailing was not level with the plane of the vertical studs. This means that one tap is proud of the wall, and one is sunken in. This was a few years ago - perhaps he's bought a level since then. Very nice guy, fair prices and professional attitude, but I would rather have had it done right, especially since this was not a complicated job. Every time I take a shower i notice the gap that shouldn't be there. I'm sure he's very good, and we just got the bad day, but there's more to plumbing than stopping leaks and installing appliances - a little bit of carpentry is sometimes necessary. Our shower has no leaks, it just irritates me that simply checking with a level would have made the difference in a five-star review.

I was in distress over a situation with a new washer/dryer installation that required a licensed electrician within a short timeframe. (Jason is also insured.) I found him by all his 5-star reviews on the internet. Jason was professional, helpful and kind. He listened to my need, asked for photos to help him identify the issue prior to arrival, and came first thing the next morning with his son Caleb (who is being trained and is a great sidekick helping his dad). Jason quickly identified the problem that required replacing a grounding wire for the new digital dryer technology and to ensure safety. He said he would also install a new breaker and place the new outlet in a more convenient spot for installation of the new W/D set. He made arrangements to come back the following morning with the needed supplies. It is an older, solid-built home. It wasn't an easy fix and required patience and persistence especially to get the line through small and thick materials within confined spaces. They worked tirelessly to complete the job without complaint and were kind and provided explanation throughout the process. Jason also looked at my dishwasher to determine that there was no power and found the problem to be at the junction at the floor. He corrected that, but the dishwasher is older and is not working correctly and is being replaced. He deemed it was a problem with the dishwasher and not an electrical issue. I am extremely satisfied with Jason and his son Caleb, the knowledge they brought, their attention to detail, the tenacity to complete the work professionally in a timely manner, and their kindness and reassurance to me. It gave me confidence that I now have a safe electrical environment for installation. I highly recommend them for your electrical work. I'll be putting him on speed dial!

I needed someone to check the electrical system for a 1969 house that we were going to buy. The owner, Jason, gave an estimate and let us know what needed to be fixed. The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house. Because no one could be in the house during the process, the sellers chose to move out several days prior to closing. Overall, he was very professional, priced reasonably and kind. I would definitely recommend his company to those needing electrical support! And, if I need anything in the future, I will be contacting Jason A.
