I asked him due to others that were sent before messing up, if he was an A/C man. He got his panties in a bunch and started going off about how he's been doing this for 24 years. He Never said he's a trained a/c man, But.... His site says he worked for an election for 15 years. Buddy, that ain't HVAC. After he quit crying I told him to come on and what was happing. My pump was short cycling. He got quiet. Definitely didn't know what I meant. But.... He was supposed to come on. A week later, no show or call. I talked to the warranty company, telling them it's not my place to chase these "handiboys" down. They called him Thursday after he was supposed to be here Wednesday and he told them he'd check his schedule for Fri. FOR FRIDAY?! You were supposed to be checking mine on Wednesday. I called him myself. No answer and no return call. Looks folks, after 35 years in construction I know a wanna be. DO NOT MESS WITH THIS FAKE. And if it's for your HVAC, here's two tips #1 license does not mean hvac trained. Anyone can take the test to buy freon. #2 An HVAC man WILL NOT be working on toilets, painting, decks etc.. They will be doing HVAC work. Don't waste your time with this clown. And Austin, if you'd like to dispute anything I put here feel free to try.

Their pricing was in line or better than other estimates we received. We only had them paint the walls (since I was waiting to paint the trim during a later project). I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. Excellent explanation of the process and the time it would take. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! They had let me know if I wanted them to work a longer day that they could have it done in one day and they delivered! The attention to detail and quality of the work makes me highly recommend them for your interior painting needs!

I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left.
