I couldn't be happier with my experience with Premier. I called Premier needing work done within a…read morematter of days, after two other handyman services fell through. They were accommodating, courteous, on-time, and professional. My work was completed when I needed it to be. But I was especially impressed by their communication. They answered their phone when I called, which I have come to learn is sometimes rare with handyman services, and communicated with me throughout the repairs, as I was out of state at the time. They sent pictures and messages to keep me apprised of repairs. Excellent customer service!

All I can say is this is not a professional company. To think it is okay to respond sarcastically to a prospective client is just ludicrous. He is a hothead that likes to jerk you around.
