The interior is quite spacious, which was unexpected given the humble shopping center storefront. There were lots of places to sit and everything was tidy. They have a fairly expansive deli menu with sandwiches, soups, and what I think of as southern salads (e.g. chicken salad, pasta salad, etc - not necessarily a meal or dish with a bunch of greens, lol). They also have the option of getting half sandwiches with a soup or salad. You order at the counter here and are given a number, which an employee will call out when your food is ready. The folks working were pleasant and attentive and our food was made quickly. My dad ordered a Reuben sandwich with chips and my mom and I both got the Frito chili pie. We both got sour cream with ours; I also got pickled jalapeños on mine at no extra charge. Everything was tasty. The Frito pie was a sizeable portion and very hearty. The chili wasn't spicy at all but had satisfying umami flavor. The Fritos stayed nicely crunchy and the jalapeños were a great touch. My dad liked his Reuben too, though it didn't quite stack up to the heights of his GOAT Reuben, haha. The side of chips was impressive and very generous. Overall, a simple but satisfying visit that we enjoyed. Give them a try if you're passing through.

They have lots of good sales as well as a good deli where you can sit and eat as well. I've most recently tried their sushi, and staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I'm done with this store for good. I rarely buy anything anywhere that isn't on sale, so I read…read moreevery grocery ad that cones out mid-week. PW Warrior can NEVER be fully in sync with their own ad, which I assume comes out of corporate. They started offering a weekly freebie earlier this year with a specified minimum overall purchase amount. So you grab one, meet the required $$, get in line to check, then notice you've been charged for the freebie. Why? Because the one selected off the shelf doesn't EXACTLY match the picture in the ad. Went one time specifically for one particular item, only to find there was none in the store. So I asked the department manager if more was coming in. He said no, because he'd stopped buying the item, since "every time I ordered something from them they didn't send it." Guess whoever plans the specials should've checked with that guy before putting things in sale. I've spent MANY long minutes standing in line while the cashier (and I need to say here that the cashiers have always been helpful and understanding) calls the manager, who has to take the sale item back to the middle of the store, check this and that, all while customers are waiting in line behind me, to finally stroll back, get on the register, key some things into the register, then walk away - all without saying a word to me (most times, not all). Today the ad showed Coke 12-pack cans at 2 for $10. I check out and stupid me forgets to watch the register. I'm looking at the receipt while walking to my truck and notice I've been charged full price for both cartons. I'm eating that extra cost today because I will NEVER EVER AGAIN set foot in this miserable place. I'm sick and tired of having to fight my way to save a few much needed $$ savings. I'm always looking for corn salsa at farmers markets, but I usually find black bean and corn salsa instead. I was excited to find actual corn salsa here, and it's delicious! I also picked up a lemon icebox pie, which was delicious, and pickled peaches. I love spiced peaches and pickled vegetables, but I had never heard of pickled peaches before, so of course I had to buy them! The store is clean and well-organized, including the restroom, which is always a nice bonus when you're stopping in while traveling. The cashier was super friendly and overheard us talking about their sign for the annual open house, which takes place the Friday and Saturday after Labor Day. She told us they'll have lots of sale items and free samples and recommended going on Friday when it's less crowded. I love a good local tip! If you enjoy unique jarred goodies, sweets, and Southern treats, this is definitely a place worth checking out!

Shelves were lined with things your grandma would go nuts over. Jams and jellies, bags of grits, all sorts of things for the cook who knows how to cook with real ingredients. Also a solid selection of prepared/ready to eat items including some pies that looked pretty amazing. Additionally there's a sandwich counter where you can build your own or order one from their menu. All the sandwiches are made to order on their house-made bread and the prices are super low. If I lived near this place that sandwich counter would quickly become a go-to lunch spot. The people were friendly and the place is clean. The prices are right and the selection of items is unique and of high quality. Don't skip this place if you're in the area. 5 stars.

They have a great variety to choose from as well. The meat department is always well stocked and the cuts always look like A+ grade of meat. Same thing here, they have great selection and have a ton of stuff that goes well on the smoker. To compliment your BBQ cravings they have a tops of rubs and sauces to make the most of your grilling and smoking time. As for the rest of the store they are full of standard grocery store stuff, all at pretty good prices. None of the gimmicks that require you to be a member or buy a certain amount and get a discount, just pretty good prices through out. Their bakery/deli area has some unique stuff as well, worth coming through the area to see what they have. I'd have to say the coconut cream pie is spot on. I'd definitely recommend these guys, and we will be coming back.
