After a brief call we visited the Oceanside location and sat with the owner and staff. The staff was patient and helpful. After reviewing a catalog of photos of various arrangements we decided on three separate pieces. Ordered 3 pieces in total. The 3 finished arrangements arrived and each was beautiful (and arrived as discussed). The flowers were fresh and the colors were vibrant. The selection and quality of flowers was excellent. We were very pleased with the result. While there and deciding what to order, which was not an easy decision and I appreciate the patience of the owner and staff, I asked to see a selection of flowers to get an idea of the quality of flowers on hand. I was shown a selection of various flowers. Now while all flowers may look beautiful, I've been around flowers before and I know and recognize the difference between a standard or average quality and excellent quality of flowers. Flowers are picked up after standing around for a few minutes with workers showing no interest as to why I'm there. I look around to see my pre order is on the floor amongst other pick up or delivery orders. (mind you, the door is open and this place wasnt exactly that cool inside so that those flowers are temp controlled to stay fresh) I pick up the arrangement with my name on it, and motion to someone so I can show my receipt and leave. Arrangement is average at best, and not worth the $80 I paid for it.....and the roses had a slight wilt to them/brown edges on them. A couple days later... the roses are on their way full wilt! I see this as a rushed job and lack of care for the arrangements or the customers who are going to receive them. I've been here a few times before, but looks like they're either under new management, or new owner. Won't be back.

Your associate said I had 3 profiles open when I last bought flowers so I'm not a new client. They quoted me almost $100 for a dozen roses. Then asked me what my budget was and I told the they made me an okay bouquet. The flowers didn't last long and it wasn't stunning. Losing hope on florist in general the art is gone the prices are outrageous on something that will wither away in less then a week.
