It was silly for me not to choose this place when I had to get a supplier for my wedding day. From the get go, I knew my business was going to be handled professionally and effectively. Laurie was our go to person throughout the process. She had all her paper work in order, and everything laid out and ready for us to plan. Our first meeting we had colors, styles, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. all planned out within an hour. She had no issue with any of our non-traditional requests, and embraced the fun and kooky ideas we had. She helped quell silly ideas and identify clashes in style when we had trouble deciding between items. Masters really had our backs the whole way through from the beginning to the delivery. Masters was on time, but held up due to an issue at the venue, they had all the flowers, and everything perfectly packaged without a single flower damaged. They even had extras in case there were any damaged so they could be replaced and fixed on-site. Really professional and shows experience. The flowers were beautiful and lasted all day, all night, and some people are still giving me compliments on the flowers. I can't recommend Masters and Company enough. They are the best at what they do. 10/10 would hire again.

This morning the roses are not doing great. they are slumped over and sad. I wasn't sure what could have happened, this is a first. So I called the shop to ask for advice and Debbie was so kind. She explained the main causes for the slump and offered solutions. But then she went a step further and offered to replace them free of charge. Flowers are picked up after standing around for a few minutes with workers showing no interest as to why I'm there. I look around to see my pre order is on the floor amongst other pick up or delivery orders. (mind you, the door is open and this place wasnt exactly that cool inside so that those flowers are temp controlled to stay fresh) I pick up the arrangement with my name on it, and motion to someone so I can show my receipt and leave. Arrangement is average at best, and not worth the $80 I paid for it.....and the roses had a slight wilt to them/brown edges on them. A couple days later... the roses are on their way full wilt! I see this as a rushed job and lack of care for the arrangements or the customers who are going to receive them. I've been here a few times before, but looks like they're either under new management, or new owner. Won't be back.
