This place was a shitshow. I needed a last minute bridal bouquet. I called and spoke to a woman who…read morehas less than pleasant, but I complied and accommodated her best with her requests for timing and such. After the call, she sent me a stock photo of what the bouquet would look like. When I got to the flower shop to pick it up, the bouquet looked nothing like it. The woman who I had spoken with wasn't there. The (what looked like or seemed to be) owner was too busy to acknowledge me or even greet me, rummaging through some decorations and arrangements and yelling in Russian at a younger kid, or to ask me what I needed or anything of the sorts. (!) Regarding the arrangement and aesthetics of the bouquet, I wanted calla lilies and while the bouquet was comprised of the flowers, it had zero appeal, beauty or real floral vibrancy. It honestly looked like it had just been sloppily put together, with no real sense of taste, finesse or care. I had to push for it to be reworked - a poor worker did help me out in the end (by going back and fixing it 2-3 times) and I did finally walk out of there somewhat at peace, but the forceful, "send it back to upgrade/better it" notion of it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'll never go back, for the overall service and quality of the product.

From our very first consultation through the delivery of the flowers on our wedding day, Ara was absolutely incredible. We brought him several items we wanted incorporated into our tablescape, and while he carefully listened to my vision for the room, he shared his own creative ideas that elevated every centerpiece beyond what I had imagined. The end result was stunning, and our guests complimented his beautiful work throughout the entire day. I also had a very special request for my bridal bouquet. Ara spent months searching for the type of flower and ultimately found a farm that could provide exactly what I wanted. He never gave up, and he certainly did not disappoint. His dedication and commitment to making my dream bouquet a reality meant the world to me.
