It has a very comprehensive collection of goods ranging from food to electrical to services like a cafe and a petrl station. I liked the layout though it felt a little cramped with the number of Saturday shoppers today. I especially like the seafood at Morrisons and this shop was no exception. There was a giant pack of salmon fillets for less than £10. However, what made it into my shopping basket was a whole kg of large clams, which I've never seen in a supermarket before. The chap at the counter bagged it with a little airhole because the clams are still alive and need to breathe. I'm thinking mouriniere style - sweated onion, white wine and then steam the clams with a touch of cream and parsley at the end. Lots of bread for the juices!

Unlike many antique stores it is well arranged and fairly spacious (3 levels) and NOT dusty like so may that tend to make you sneeze with decades old dust and mold spores in the air. It is primarily upmarket (and pricey) but some very nice art and furniture pieces. Mrs G loved a painting there but just too small for our 15 foot ceilinged family room (converted Manor house) and I loved a massive dining table (too big!!!). I want to recommend my favorite antique shop which is centrally located in Lyndhurst. The shop has an incredible range of pieces from rustic ceramic to fine china, maps/coins/stamps from around the world, silverware, and interesting vintage pieces (corkscrews, scales, balances, bed pan warmers, toasting forks, coal scuttles, toothpaste jars). I came back multiple times to enjoy the shop as it takes some time to appreciate all the finds across two floors. The pieces are labelled with prices. Thank you to the affable Jason and the rest of the team there for a lovely experience!

Now, although they didn't have golf shoes, the young man( manager), was more than helpful in finding shoes with grip, dimples etc, and nothing was too much trouble. Settled on a pair of good cricket shoes, with good grip on the soles, in my size, and all for £40!! Instead of the 85 to 90 I normally pay. Just left feeling happy, and impressed. Highly recommended.

My visit here might have been my first-ever inside a Marks and Spencer store. I looked mostly at the women's clothing, and I felt pretty impressed by its selection, quality, and prices. I found some sweaters that I liked and were affordable. Other departments within this store sold men's and children's clothing, cosmetics, home goods, and groceries.

Shameful. How on Earth could M&S senior management allow this short term foolishness, likely just to save a few quid. We noted they were selling fish & chips with peas and a lemon wedge at £9. We decided to try but it soon became clear that was our mistake. They weren't that tasty. The food seemed air fryer cooked, dry, near tasteless and not a good eat really, so real fish & chip shops have no fear of this competition. This is food passable for old folks homes. We didn't have to wait long for the food but here again the server had no tartare sauce to offer (apparently a supply issue) but it was readily available in store just a mere few feet away. £18 for rubbish food. The tomato ketchup, vinegar pouches and salt were seemingly rationed. I asked for some more and some more was handed over, piecemeal. I gave up. Is it a lack of training? Who knows. Then I tried to open the sauce pouches and ended up asking a staff bloke to do it. He struggled but succeeded. I am really annoyed as this is not acceptable.

Their sales are usually really good though, and frequently discount up to 75% - and not just the awful clothes either! Their designs can be a little far out in some cases but I find that's true with most shops - their basic clothes are lovely quality and on the whole, seem to last a lot longer than their cheaper counterparts. Staff are really friendly too which helps.

Includes, JJB, Argos, Borders, Furnture Village, Tesco Home, Staples, Halfords, Boots, and Brantano. With McDonalds and TGI Fridays oppositem, and a Starbucks in Borders, and a Novotel, Ibis, and Etap hotels also there offering cheap stays. Tesco Home was a flagship new market idea for Tesco with the store concentrating only on homewares and is a wonderful idea, and often very packed out. Parking is plentiful and as its free, everyone uses it. Free for 2 hours with parking attendants there all the time its quite good! Also frequented by the youths with they're show-off cars of an evening, so not the place to bring a learner driver!
