I called London Dental Care at their opening on Monday morning. They bent over backwards to get me in right away, even in view of their already busy schedule. With great efficiency, they diagnosed the problem soon. A couple of root canals later and a temporary crown fixed the everything temporarily. This dental office is simply great. I have a lot of dental issues as a result of poor dental services throughout my youth. Every year they work with me to get the most out of my dental insurance provider for services rendered and update my care plan on a need first basis. If an emergency occurs after I have met my annual maximum from the insurance company they always work with me to ensure my comfort until the next calendar year. This is their greatest asset in my opinion. They truly do care and understand the patients needs.

Just to mention a few though;dirty rooms, laundry never done, her hygiene severely declined (I had to ask them all the time when she bathed last), miscommunications about appointments, meds and even a surgery we didn't know she e was having! They even called me once so I i could hear her screaming. They actually said to me, "do you hear what we have to deal with." It was really bad. I wouldn't recommend ever to anyone!
