We met that day and agreed with estimate and measurements. He informed me they will begin in two weeks. They did begin in two working on the fence. During the two days the two guys working on the fence dug a huge rock and left it on the landlot next door to mine. I had to call the manager to have the rock remove. They also made a hole where the orange markings for the electrical wiring was located and cut my neighbors cable line. The workers set up the fence leaving the gates up about 9 inches from the ground. They had place the concrete for the poles and left the small hill of dirt beside each pole for about two weeks. I get a call with the fence not completed saying they are ready to pick up the check. I informed the manager on the holes not being covered and the gate needing to be lowered. The manager promise, ill come tomorrow to get it done. It took two weeks for him to get it done. He then decides to call me at 857pm wanting his check. For several weeks i inform him i can give to him after 430pm. He tells me he can meet with me between 430 and 6pm. He informs this time on 7 occassions. No call, no text. But at 8:57pm he wants to call me to pick up the check. If you hire this company the price is reasonable, however you pay for what you get. The fence still looks unfinished compare to pictures of other resident homes they have complete. I wish i can post the pictures on here to show you. Be warn and dont pay for job until it is complete

From start to finish, they were professional and meticulous. The price was reasonable. Found out after from a neighbor that they had a similar bad experience and apparently the company had their bad review removed! Do not work with these people

I didn't want to stress test my house that quickly after moving in, but now I have even more confidence in the quality of the home.

Home Depot used Imex Stone to install my countertop then completely washed their hands of the sale…read more Imex was a very disappointing company to work with. During the installation they cracked our driveway and dripped epoxy on our brand new flooring. The tracks from the dolly they used line up exactly with the crack on our driveway but they deny any responsibility. Also, there were only 2 installers for an almost full slab countertop. They had to call in another installer and then asked my husband to help! I have this interaction on video from my driveway camera. My husband was injured in the process, getting his finger crushed under the slab as it was being put into place. Luckily it was not broken but there was quite a bit of blood shed. Unfortunately I do not have video of this as it was inside of my home. I find this highly unprofessional to have a customer help install an extremely heavy countertop, not to mention a liability for the company. As for the countertop itself, the full slab island piece has lines in it that will not come out even after cleaning. I was hoping they would fade with time but they are still there. This company does NOT care about their customers or the damage they do. I highly recommend NOT doing business with them. I would give zero stars if possible.

The reason it took so long is because they never gave the city the proper paperwork for the permit so the inspection could take place. Owner never called back, left many voicemails, we texted and sent emails. After finally complaining to the BBB the sec used came. Finally we were told the project got completed Few days later the owners wife showed up at our door for payment! We showed a few parts of the fence that looked bad, we share our feelings about the length of time that it took for our fence to be done and that we were promised differently as well as the lack of communication on their part. We requested a discount for our frustrations . She apologized and told us to not worry we would see a discount on our final invoice because that should have never happened. We got the bill with nothing discounted!! We sent an email to the owner Kevin, he replied that we misunderstood and there was no discount! Don't hire this company look for one that is honest and does the job right and is professional. Definitely, one that doesn't take 5 months to installed a vinyl fence!
