He let me drop off my car at 9:30 at night because I was concerned about having it for Christmas stuff. And then when he realized I was taking an Uber home he gave me a ride home and waited until I got my door unlocked and was inside before he left the driveway. He is also super fair and looking to save people money and keep them on the road. He is the most honest knowledgeable affordable mechanic I've ever met. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I can't believe my lucky stars that I found him.

This time it was due to crappy tires on our trailer & a blown out tire on the RV. Powell Tire fixed the RV where it was disabled & drove it back to their shop to check the other 5 tires. After replacing all the RV tires they checked ALL the tires on our truck & both trailers & assured us that we were good to get back on the road. The quality & speed of service deserves 10 stars, if that were an option. I would recommend Powell Tire to anyone & everyone living in, or just passing through, Roswell, NM.

I originally took my car to another collision center, where it sat for over two months collecting storage fees without the repairs even being started. Frustrated, I called Honest 1 Collision Center. I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. I'm extremely particular about my car because it's custom, and I've done all of the modifications myself. Honest 1 understood that. They kept my car inside the shop, treated it with care, and were professional from start to finish. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but that's exactly what I found at Honest 1 Collision Center. Their workmanship, communication, professionalism, and respect for my vehicle exceeded my expectations. If I ever need collision repairs again, or mechanical work that I'm not willing to do myself, this is the only place I'll use. Highly recommended.
