I hate to say this but just stay away from Richland Motors out of Roswell, New Mexico. They call themselves a Chevrolet, GMC, Buick dealership but they are more of a indipendent car lot. They do not participate on any Manufacture programs. I asked about the current 0% Financing or $15,000 off GMC discounts. They did not know anything about that. They dont give manufacture incentives. And their dealer discounts are petty. $3000 off only. They probably steal the manufacture incentives. Their vehicles are $15,000 above the competition. The sales guys are assholes. No knowledge about engines plus they don't know how to negotiate with a smart car buyer. Do yourself a favor, shop out of state. You will get a much better deal.

Ended up costing me 270 dollars for new lug nuts and a new wheel hub assembly. Not to mention the damage done to my wheels. The employees did not use a torque wrench. All of my wheel studs were ripped clean off, except for one. Only 2 lug nuts remained on my vehicle and one was still attached to the wheel stud despite it being ripped clean off. Sounds like a textbook OVER TIGHTENING to me. Luckily I realized that something was wrong and pulled over moments before my wheel could've flown off. I visited Lykins Tire to purchase a new set of tires for my truck, and from start to finish the…read moreexperience was nothing short of frustrating and costly. First Visit - Damaged Rim: * The initial set of tires ordered would not mount on my existing rims, despite being the same exact size/brand as the ones before. They suggested I leave my truck overnight for them to sort it out, mentioned the cold from the snow that day could be affecting the elasticity of the rubber. Only to discover the next day that they'd attempted to force the tires on with a hammer-leaving a deep dent around the bead seating area. * The manager acknowledged the damage and offered either a full repair or a discount. Feeling stranded without my truck for a week for repairs, I reluctantly accepted a discount rather than leave it parked. Second Visit - Even Worse Damage: * Two weeks later, I returned to swap out the tires for a different brand recommended by the manager. When I picked up my truck, two rims were cracked. * Instead of taking responsibility, the manager flatly accused me of causing the damage myself. I repeatedly explained the rims had been intact when I dropped the truck off, but was dismissed until a friend intervened-and only then did the manager grudgingly admit his team was at fault. Bottom Line: I paid for professional service and ended up with three ruined rims. Between the botched tire installs, the hammer damage, and the outright denial of responsibility, I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I cannot recommend Lykins Tire to anyone looking for reliable, honest work-save yourself the hassle (and the repair bill) and go elsewhere.
