I cleared the late pick up with them when I dropped her off yesterday. If picking up late, most kennels charge a day care fee. This kennel did not post the fee, so my bad for not asking, but they made me pay for a second night. This kennel is already expensive (62.50 a night) so doubling that cost is absolutely crazy. Also, their closing hours are listed as 7 PM and I clarified this with them when I dropped her off. I received a call at 5 PM today asking when we were picking her up because they close at 6 PM. My dog was well taken care of but, for this high nightly fee, I would have expected much better customer service.

My service dog was having seizures and with so many vets their schedule is just so busy. Well, they…read moretook the time they saw him and on his reoccurring seizures, made an addition to his medication. Sergeant Major, my dog is now happy he still with me and haven't had any seizures. It's hard to find a good vet, especially one that isn't always so busy with their current customers, even though they were busy, they made an exception and took the time to take him in. Couldn't be happier and I think that people will realize that when a vet says they don't have room for an appointment. It's because so many people like them they stay with them and they're always busy

She had oral melanoma discovered last summer, so we were worried that something new had occurred. Turned out to be a simple gastritis and she was eating again within 24hrs. Staff was wonder and kind and thank you to Dr Lisa for her call to us to discuss her care. Only thing I would have appreciated was a follow up care instruction about meds, but was very happy with their practice and recommend if you need a good vet! Thank you so much!

Staff was pleasant to work with in person from the start even though I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone. They are good about responding back via email in a timely manner. Less than 1 hour after we left we sent emails and left voicemails and nothing, no response. Basically after hours at night or on Sunday they will hold your dog hostage and not respond. No answer was provided from the owner on if he received our voicemails or emails. We showed up before the owner arrived the next morning and our dog was covered in pee. And the owner demanded his $24 before even releasing the dog. Unbelievable. You can't even see the place your dog will stay because you are not allowed in the back for "insurance reasons". If you are ok leaving your dog hostage in what amounts to a cold & noisy kennel go for it. I would rather sleep in the car with the dog than leave her there one more night.

I went on a 3 week vacation with no worries or concerns while my fur baby stayed with Holden. I think my dog is better behaved and happy when I see him. His daily update pictures show him living his best life with his buddies. I think Holden is a dog whisperer. I am so impressed with Nelson's behavior and increased ability to play well with others after a stay with Holden. I have interview MANY dog sitters and walkers, none of them have been reliable and typically over priced in this area. I never use third-party services to board my dogs so I was very apprehensive, however my concerns were ill-founded. Both of my dogs were in great spirits when we picked them up and more importantly when we dropped them off the next day - bound out of the car and into the facility.
