He walked me through each area of the roof that needed to be addressed with pictures so I could see exactly what needed to be done. He didn't try and over sell me like the three other roofing companies had done. His estimate was honest and he delivered to that. Alan did the work himself and cleaned up and hauled off the shingles he had to replace. I highly recommend Alan to anyone needing small or large repairs and full replacement of roofs. After our initial review, Steve (the owner) immediately called to make things right. He offered to come out immediately with his team to fix the issue free of charge. Steve came out early the next morning and quickly got us up and running. While we had a negative prior experience with Penco, the fact that Steve was wiling to stand behind his work / company name and work to make sure we were happy was so important! After this experience, we would definitely be willing to give Penco the benefit of the doubt and assume that our prior bad experience was just a one-off! He admitted they didn't secure the post deep enough in the ground. They came back to repair but charged me more money and a few months later it came back down. Still did not extend the post as promised. Third time he patched up some of the fence all while cutting a wire to my gazebo, that he said he didn't do . When they finally came back after waiting several months my fence is still leaning , concrete all over my yard, lose nails, boards not lining up and no repair to the cut wire. I reached out to him with no return call. Stay away from this company, different workers each time, and the quality is not worth the price you will have to pay.

Mr. Bill and Jose did a thorough inspection in our 1930 pier and beam home. They were honest and transparent about issues that actually needed to be done AND suggested what they would do if it was their own home. Others offered to level the house by digging all around, tearing concrete and porches, damaging the brick outside, and tried to sell me all new wood, which Jose and another home inspection confirmed had been replaced by previous owners already. Mr. Bill said that the leveling would cause more issues in the long term. He didn't mind doing more work if it was actually needed and produced the results. In my case, they did a great job stabilizing the house with what was already there. So happy with their service.
