We decided to go with Erin Duffy Kruss at the Mark Siwiec Team Real Estate. She is someone that you can trust and is awesome to work with. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of neighborhoods, home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Erin would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. The Rochester, NY market has been a fast paced one in 2018 with high demand and quality homes priced right going extremely quick. Erin was there to help us navigate the fast paced market and aggressively got us showings early and very promptly based on our schedules. It took us quite some time and months to find the perfect home for our family. Erin was great to work with the entire time. We felt bad that when we did find our dream home in Fairport, NY., it was weeks after Erin just had her first child and was still on maternity leave.
