The clean towels were not folded or organized, so it was impossible to tell which ones were clean and which were dirty. The cleaning solutions were also completely empty. I went inside the office to ask if they could refill them and saw 2 teenage employees sitting around on their phones. When I asked about the empty cleaning supplies, they gave me a bad look and responded with a very poor attitude. I was actually considering signing up for a membership, but after this experience, there is no chance I will be coming back. The management needs to do a better job maintaining the facility and training employees on customer service and responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

In fact, there were several cars at the car wash when I arrived, so it did not appear completely dead. I am giving 3 stars because the car wash itself was okay, but I hope future promotions are better coordinated so customers are not disappointed.
