The actual car wash was just okay, but the self service vacuum and cleaning area was very…read moredisappointing. The clean towels were not folded or organized, so it was impossible to tell which ones were clean and which were dirty. The cleaning solutions were also completely empty. I went inside the office to ask if they could refill them and saw 2 teenage employees sitting around on their phones. When I asked about the empty cleaning supplies, they gave me a bad look and responded with a very poor attitude. I was actually considering signing up for a membership, but after this experience, there is no chance I will be coming back. The management needs to do a better job maintaining the facility and training employees on customer service and responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

The advertisement stated the truck would be there from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I arrived around 1:00 PM specifically because of that promotion, only to find that the truck had already left. The staff were polite and explained that the truck decided to leave early because it was a slow day. However, customers should be able to trust advertised event times. In fact, there were several cars at the car wash when I arrived, so it did not appear completely dead. I am giving 3 stars because the car wash itself was okay, but I hope future promotions are better coordinated so customers are not disappointed.

Then when our turn was up we saw it cost twice as much to run the shampoo machine vs the place we just left because we didn't care for their machine either. We started putting quarters in, but the display was so jacked up we couldn't even see what it was saying. Then, it turned on before we hit the $2 limit and started counting the time down (I presume, since the display was changing in every second. Still no clue what the heck it said). We hurried to put 2 bucks in, so we could start the shampoo part. It was only after we put about $2.50 in we realized the shampoo head was busted anyway, so we had like 5-6 minutes (estimates) or vacuum time that we didn't need. Now we have to go somewhere else to finish the job.
