February 14,2021 my husband and I renewed our 10th year wedding vows in Honolulu Hawaiii It was the best experience in our lives. Thank you so much for make us feel so welcome.

We were visiting Oahu for our anniversary. Originally we wanted to do a vow renewal offered by the hotel we were staying at. We found out the hotel changed the date and would not work with our schedule. I found Nani and contacted her immediately. She was very quick to help me. She was very sweet, professional and accommodating. She made us feel very special and important. It was a beautiful ceremony and she took lovely photographs of us. My husband said it was better than our original wedding ceremony. We felt like the only ones on the island. We never felt rushed. We are so happy we found Nani. I would highly recommend!!!

This was my first time in Hawaii and searching for the options for vow renewal was tough. I was drawn to their website because all the information and prices were listed making the planning much easier. When I spoke to Nani for the first time on the phone, I felt her willingness to help me and her kindness through the phone. I know immediately that I called the right place. Nani made all the planning and preparation super easy on my end. We were always on the same page, and she always responded in a timely manner to my emails or phone calls. When my family and friends got off the limo the day of the vow renewal, her husband was right there to greet us at the beach. Nani came shortly after with the flower crown which looked phenomenal. She incorporated my children with her Hawaiian influence, and I couldn't have asked for a better ceremony because of that. The photographer Five-O Photo was just as great as Nani. He took his time to capture the beautiful moments of my family and friends. It is truly a treasure we can cherish for a lifetime. They have made this an unforgettable, hassle free, beautifully intimate experience that exceeded all my expectations. I will be booking with Nani for my 20th year vow renewal in the future.

Aloha Nani, Thank you for being so sweet to us! We really loved how patient, and understanding you were with us. My son and fiancée wanted to get married in Hawaii. They were ok with a courthouse wedding, but I wanted something more memorable. With less than three weeks to plan a wedding I was so fortunate to find Nani. Their website is very clear and gives you a choice of different packages to fit every budget and offers everything you could possibly need to create your special day. The couple's flight from Denmark was interrupted by an airline strike in Germany. Instead of arriving with a week to prepare, they arrived with just enough time to get the license, buy their wedding attire and pick out wedding rings. With Nani's expertise and guidance we were able to plan a beautiful wedding where they could exchange vows in the presence of family. I'm a nervous Nelly and a control freak, but Nani was flexible and she was able to create a beautiful traditional religious ceremony blended with a casual love theme while also incorporating our Filipino traditions. The location was peaceful and intimate and Nani took care of all the details. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day for my son and my new daughter. Mahalo to Nani and her team - their services are exceptional and incomparable.

My husband and I were traveling to Oahu to enjoy a vacation, as well as celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. About 2 weeks before our trip, I decided to make contact with Nani at Hawaii Weddings. I liked her website, and how it had a price list, with no hidden costs. We did play phone tag a few times, but, I finally spoke to her on the telephone about what we were looking for. I was very interested in professional photos, so Nani suggested the "Windward" Special package. This was the way to go! Not only did we have a very lovely vow exchange, Marty from "Five-O" Photography, shot so many beautiful photographs of us, family, and the beautiful Waimanalo Bay! Everything from precise directions, to the Haku & Lei I ordered from them, was just perfect. I would highly recommend Hawaii Weddings.net! Mahalo again to both Nani and Marty!

We found Nani's website while searching online for an officiant for our Hawaiian Wedding and we are quite happy that we booked with her. You must understand I have so many good things to say I don't even know where to start. Nani was very accommodating and agreed to come to our side of the Island despite the fact that it is at least one hour drive from Waikiki during peak hours. Our ceremony was the most romantic ceremony I have ever attended and I am not just saying that because it was my own. Nani made sure to ask if we wanted a romantic or religious ceremony. She even offered to have a "mixed" ceremony and it ended up turning out perfect. It was so emotional both groom and bride were in tears (I know, how cheesy but it was lovely), she had such kind words and made us feel so in love with each other. I also have to mention that Nani endured my twenty thousand questions and answered them all patiently (I know, as if I was the only bride in the world) and when we found out our chosen venue had no beach access, she immediately brainstormed and found a new location within minutes, everything was as if there was never a hiccup. Nani was also very kind and hand delivered our pictures to our hotel (again, an hour drive from Waikiki) so we could have them before we left the Island. Overall she went out of her way to give us great service. We are so satisfied with everything that we have promised to come back in five years for a vow renewal ceremony also perfomed by Nani, hoping she will be available then.

Front start to finish, it was the most amazing experience. The coordination was flawless and the service was top notch. We didn't get to meet our officiant Ellsworth until the day. The photographer and videographer made us feel so comfortable! The flowers were fresh and made beautifully. The hula dancer was gorgeous and the musician was wonderful. My hair and make up artist understood the assignment and they both made me look flawless! Our photographer Carson took over 200 photos and made us feel so special! Our highlight video and ceremony video were awesome. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to get married in Hawaii as they have the wedding planning down to a science. They have something in everyone's budget I loved that they took away the hassle of booking everything separately especially since we didn't live there! Thanks everyone!

My husband and I decided to look at small venues and saw Maleana Gardens. Usually they do small weddings up to 20 people. I was a little hesitant at first because on their IG it looked a little too good to be true and I didn't hear much about it. After speaking with Cheri, the owner, she invited us to go down to their property and take a look for ourselves before booking. We totally winged it and went. The property is full of luscious tropical plants, amazing photo ops, and overall absolutely beautiful! It felt like we were on another island. Cheri shared she and her husband,Scott planted all of the plants and maintained the grounds for many years. So cool! Going through the process of planning (yes even for an intimate ceremony) can be stressful. Through out the process, Cheri was easy to get a hold of and so helpful during this crazy time. Our wedding ceremony was able to go as planned and we didn't have to worry about anything. Cheri worked with our vendors and was even able to do a last minute set up for cake cutting. We are super grateful to have had them be a big part of our big day. My husband and I booked Kualoa Ranch as our wedding venue. They require a coordinator, so I reached out to a friend who had recently gotten married and she recommended ABC Weddings because they did an awesome job on her wedding. So that is what we did! We booked the Signature Hybrid Package. We booked ABC about 1.5 years prior to our wedding day. The team was so organized and very thorough throughout the entire process! We filled out a questionnaire to give the team an idea of our vision. They provided a comprehensive Google Sheet which included a planning checklist, our budget/payment tracker, our event timeline, inventory list, seating chart & guest list, and a list of recommended vendors based on our budget. As we got closer to our wedding date, Sammy was assigned to be our lead coordinator. We communicated over emails and mostly via text message for convenience. We met with her regularly over Zoom so we could go over our sheets and discuss our timeline, layout, etc. You can trust the ABC team with the layout; they know what they're doing and the placement of vendors/stations makes sense. Sammy made sure to capture every little detail that we mentioned we wanted for our wedding. She answered all questions my husband and I had. We didn't have to wait more than a business day for a response, which we truly appreciated. We were in the middle of a Kona Low storm during the week of our wedding, and my husband and I were worried about the weather, especially on our big day. The ABC team had a solid rain plan just in case, and kept us updated quick. Very fortunately, we just had a slight drizzle the morning of and did not rain the rest of the day :') it was nice to have a good rain plan handy, thanks to the team. I consider myself a Type A person who likes to meticulously plan trips and friends' birthdays, and trust me when I say a wedding coordinator is a MUST, no matter how organized you think you are lol. There are so many little details we definitely would've missed if we didn't have one. Our wedding day turned out to be a dream come true for my husband and me. Our ceremony and reception literally looked like images I saved to my Pinterest board! Everything went as planned and more. We were mostly on time with our timeline. It was so beautiful seeing everything we've planned for in the past year and a half come to life. Everyone we love was under one tent, they all looked like they were having a fun time, including our vendors. Shoutout to Jamie, Krista, and Sammy for taking care of me, my bridesmaids, my husband, and his groomsmen from the morning of our wedding to the end of the night! They all made sure we had everything we needed, including giving us our pupus, cocktails, and dinner so we wouldn't have to wait in line, and for even helping me fix my dress bustle! They all did an excellent job coordinating our wedding and making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the night. Despite the glowing reviews and many recommendations that ABC Weddings was one of the best planning…read moreand coordination teams in Oahu- I unfortunately was left very disappointed with the lack of presence/front-end coordination on the wedding day and miscommunication. For background information, we purchased their basic package for $3000 (which is only for hotel venues). The first mishap was when I wanted to schedule an appointment to discuss additional questions I had ($120 for 1 hour). They never showed up for my appointment. I did try calling their main line and the coordinators cell phone, but it all went to voicemail. In the end, it turned out that the coordinator was moving and had a lot on her plate, so my appointment fell through the cracks. They ended up scheduling me another meeting free of charge, which I did appreciate. In October, I was really feeling the pressure, so I inquired about having my coordinator start 3 weeks earlier than planned. ABC Weddings was quick to respond and have my lead coordinator, Sammy, start earlier for a $500 fee, to which I paid. Here's where things take a turn for the disappointing. When Sammy took over point of contact (POC), I still had my vendors emailing me directly for questions/info. Also, when I asked Sammy questions about my venue (i.e. rehearsal times/location, basic questions regarding catering, etc), she wasn't sure a lot of the times, which then meant I had to ask my venue directly. This wasn't EVERY time, but it was a lot of the time, which I felt defeated the purpose of taking over POC. I also felt there wasn't closed loop communication, so I was unsure of what Sammy was doing on her side with the vendors until the very end when I asked her to CC me on her final emails with timelines so I knew what they were being told. At the rehearsal, Sammy only had 2 copies of the timeline printed, which was not enough to distribute to both our parents and our maid of honor/best man. Additionally, we also learned at the rehearsal that she was NOT going to be the person actually coordinating the day. For example, letting us know where to go and when, updating the timeline if there are any changes, etc. Per our contract, it states: "We will check in with you before the professional photographer arrives to organize the important details, check in with family members, keep the timeline moving smoothly, get you out the door on time, organize requested group photos, and overall customer service throughout the day!" The huge missing pieces for us was checking in with family members, keeping the timeline moving smoothly, and getting us out the door on time. On the day of, Sammy was already confused on a decor piece that we had discussed at previous meetings, which led to me having to re-explain to her what I wanted during my hair/makeup. She did not check-in with any of my family members/bridal party. She only had communication with my matron of honor who was running the entire timeline/day, and this was largely because my matron of honor was the one checking in with her. She did not text us to let us know when to go where, so we were completely on our own. When it came time to put on my wedding gown, Sammy was unable to zip my dress, and the entire time I was clearly upset, she did not offer any reassurance or support, but rather spent time in the living room looking lost/confused. She did call the wedding shop, per my suggestion, and they came to the venue to help put on my dress which was amazing on their part (Casablanca!). Due to the issue with the dress, our timeline got pushed back by 15-20 mins, to which she told my matron of honor to let my parents know to delay our first look. Why didn't she text them and update the timeline herself? Although it worked out, this situation was not solved nor made better by Sammy. Honestly it felt like she didn't want to be there and didn't have a lot of care for our wedding day. I did share my thoughts with Lauren (CEO) post-wedding, and she was very apologetic but explained that "Our lead coordinators focus primarily on managing logistics, vendors, and timeline flow behind the scenes so couples can remain present and enjoy their day". This is confusing because that's not what is stated in our contract nor expected from our conversations. I understand she was doing the behind the scenes, but why was the timeline piece missing? There were two coordinators on site, to which I was told the 2nd coordinator would be doing setup/vendor management, but it seems like that's not the case? Irregardless, I felt the contract was not met, and that there was not any management for us, the wedding party and family members. Sadly, I would not recommend ABC Weddings if you are purchasing the basic coordination package. It definitely seemed that because I purchased the lowest tier, we were not high priority and it did not feel like they were willing to go above and beyond for one of the most special days of our lives.

She's warm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about what she does--without ever feeling overwhelming or intrusive. Gentry stepped in about two months before our wedding and took so much off our plate. She was incredibly responsive, handled vendor communications seamlessly, and managed last-minute updates with ease. Throughout the entire process, I felt completely taken care of and confident that she would bring our vision to life. What really stood out was her attention to detail and proactive approach. She suggested things we hadn't even considered (like renting microphones), but was never pushy and always respected our decisions. Anytime I had a concern, she had either already handled it or immediately jumped into action--like when I worried about muddy transportation on our rainy wedding day, and she had already coordinated with the vendor. We chose the "maid of honor for hire" package, and let me tell you: WORTH EVERY PENNY! We booked LLW in January 2024 for our June 2025 wedding, and from day one, Louise led the way. Our initial meeting was incredibly thorough, with a planning timeline and actionable next steps. From there, we met over Zoom throughout the year and collaborated asynchronously in between. What truly surprised us was how personally involved Louise remained. As LLW's owner, we assumed Louise might eventually pass things off--but nope. She joined every Zoom meeting, answered every email, and showed up in ways we didn't expect but fully appreciated. The "maid of honor for hire" package places design decisions in the couple's hands which can feel daunting, but we never felt alone. Our vision shifted dozens of times. We started with white and green florals, a neutral palette, and no wedding party. But thanks to LLW's encouragement and calm expertise, we embraced a totally different vibe: multicolored pastel florals, 20 mix-and-match-clad wedding party members, and a deeply personal celebration. I honestly never imagined arriving at the wedding we had--and I'm so glad we did. We also hired LLW for our florals, which were beyond anything we could've dreamed. Pinterest didn't quite capture our taste, so we pieced together inspiration boards--and Louise and her team translated it flawlessly. They were so attentive and handled all our needs so efficiently. We had booked another venue that was unresponsive and too nonchalant that made us lose confidence in their ability to provide the service, so we canceled and found Haiku Gardens only 2 months before the wedding!!! Miraculously, they had the one day available for us and pulled it all together as if they had all year to plan for it. They helped my daughter so much by communicating all the details and what was next on the agenda so we didn't have to worry about what comes next. They put the bride at ease and gave her a comfort level that made it a wonderful experience overall. In addition to the staff going above and beyond and just being awesome, the venue itself was beyond expectations and incredibly beautiful! The pics online don't do it justice. We could not have been more satisfied with how this wedding turned out. I booked the solo guitarist thru the venue for the ceremony I don't know his name but he did an amazing job! I got the bride suite to get ready and definitely recommend, it's comfy and has AC. I booked my hair and makeup with the venue her name was Emily, she was EXCELLENT. My hair and makeup stayed put all day! The staff there was great, Kat and Kim were our coordinators that day. I booked the DJ thru the venue it was Bliss DJs, the DJ was Kembo and he was so friggging amazing. I did my cakes thru Sam's Club and my mom just put flowers on them. I recommend doing this if you're on a budget, the wedding cake and sheet cake were like $45 each. My mom did the wedding arch and ceremony chair flowers. We ordered pupus, buffet lunch and added the roast pig. The food was good, the pig was delicious. The best entreee on our menu was the sweet sour chicken.
