For food: There was a hot food stand, Puka stand, Malasadas (looked bomb!), fruit/vegetables, and Hawaiian Popsicles. The other vendors sold items such as wind chimes, soaps, jewelry, clothes, and dog outfits. Not sure how much things were going for as we really just wanted to see the free hula show! It was a nice family-oriented event. There were many shady areas around the garden to rest at. There were also restrooms available. Always a good thing! I called the business on Tuesday August 19, 2025 (24 WORKING DAYS after I dropped my vehicle off ) and was told the vehicle would be ready by Thursday the 21st or Friday the 22nd . Friday came and went with no call. On Tuesday August 26th, ONE WEEK LATER, I spoke to Jaime . She told me that someone tried calling me to pick up my vehicle on Thursday AND Friday. But funny... I had No calls from the business on my call log. "Maybe" they used an alternate number ? She then proceeded to tell me that they were still working on payment through my insurance?!?! I then called my insurance and was told there was no correspondence on my account since the first payment in January. So I called Jaime and relayed what my insurance rep told me. She then says I can pick the vehicle up on Wednesday August 27 BEFORE 10. (30 DAYS) TODAY at 8:02 I get a call from Derek of street image telling me they need to push the time to 12:00 because they need to "ALIGN" the vehicle ?!?! What happened to someone "TRYING" to call me on the 21st and 22nd ? I don't know ? "MAYBE" it's normal for body work to take 60-90 days ? But a phone call or email with updates WOULD have been nice.
