From the start of booking they made us feel so comfortable making sure we would get a spectacular experience. It's the attention to the details that impressed me. They kept a watch on the weather and the tides.They also asked about food allergies and made sure that all of our food was reaction free for all of our family members! Once on board we felt at home as if we were part of their family. My teenage girls loved that you could relax and sun bathe in the front of the catamaran or hang out on the shady side. Above all they kept asking for our input and our likes and dislikes. My youngest (15 yrs old) had the time of her life with all the activities they had planned. This trip was a grad gift for our oldest daughter (18 yrs old) and as a mom I planned to get a great Christmas card shot while onboard. I brought along crowns for y girls and I to wear and a tea leaf lei for my husband. Hannah did an exceptional job at capturing our family and the moments that we were having onboard. From the family pictures, to capturing us swimming, playing and hanging out on the board. What blew us away was when Captain Joey let out the sail. That was one of the highlights of our adventure. With Diamond Head as our back drop and the wind pushing us along with the sound of the waves hitting the catamaran. Oh it was spectacular! I researched other snorkel activities and most had groups of 35 or more, so 19 is about as good as it gets without paying someone for a private snorkel tour! I wish there would have been a water lounger for him to use to get him into the water, but he enjoyed his conversation on the boat with the Captain which still gave me the opportunity to snorkel. The 3 women crew were confident and capable from the Captain to her first mates! We motored out to Shark's Cove, and saw a huge pod of spinner dolphins on the way! Once the anchor was dropped, we snorkeled where we saw plenty of coral, fish, and two sea turtles! We loaded back onto the Cat for lunch with drinks and a sail back to the dock with our 3 women crew really showing their skills by unfurling the sails! They were well organized from having sandwiches nicely displayed after the snorkel to the shoes being displayed on dock after the excursion! They had every detail well thought out and planned which kept things running smoothly! Be sure to use the restrooms at the dock before boarding; otherwise, you're contributing to the toxins in the sea during the snorkel! ‍

The catamaran is the way to see the whales (IMHO) because you sit on an unobstructed mesh net between the hulls or on the hulls, and can see everything without any blockages. Our trip was about 2 hours with another couple on the boat. When we were about 10 minutes into the voyage, we spotted the first whale pod of a baby whale, the mom and another adult. It was magical to get so close to them (100 yards by law), hear them blow the water and flop around in the ocean. Taylor and Brewski couldn't have been nicer locals and great hosts on the boat. Highly recommend!

We saw more walking on the dock, a lot more. So let me summarize, old and slow boat, crappy service, bad route and location Would not recommend it and will not use them again. Devin and Captain Ken were kind and comforting as we planned the 1.5 hour cruise to scatter our beloveds' ashes near Diamond Head (I am on the east coast, so everything was over the phone or via email). Captain Ashley and her first mate were thorough, compassionate and helped us make the morning a truly meaningful ceremony. The Hawaiian Eco-urns were beautiful, as were the flower petals. We couldn't have planned the Blue Angel flyover- but it happened and my niece got the best photo (thanks, Dad, for winking at us from the heavens). While tears were shed, so were shared stories and big hugs. Thank you, Waikiki Boat Charters, for making the day so memorable. It was a perfect send off for those we loved.

It truly felt like we were hanging out with friends when we were on the boat. They're such fun people to be around! All while ensuring the safety of our group! We were on a bachelorette party trip so we took so many pics and they graciously offered to help us capture fun photos. So sweet and thoughtful! They picked out a great place for us to swim and jump into the ocean. They knew exactly where to go to find calm waters for us to enjoy :) they also had floaties for us so we could just relax in the water. Bonus: they pointed out dolphins and sea turtles, and even brought us closer to them (safe distance of course). It's impossible not to have a good time with Ryan and Dana! They are amazing.
