He definately cares about his customers and sometimes he'll even respond on holidays if he is in the area. I work Downtown and all of our deliveries are in-town so that might have something to do with the quick service. We used to use another company where next day pick up was standard and sometimes they would not even make it until we called a second time. From there I was able to pay, confirm the order, get my driver assigned, and track his progress to pick up and deliver the instrument.
