They said it takes a few hours for them to check the schedule and schedule a delivery but it's been a week of waiting for someone to get me a day where they can do a delivery. There was only one day where they really put the effort they said they would email an invoice with a quote which they never did and ended up texting it to me and then they out of nowhere said that they can do the delivery in a few hours. It was such late notice I was at work so obviously couldn't do it at that very moment. So then I kept trying to see what other days are available and literally the AI kept repeating the same thing over and over saying "we will expedite this and get back to you etc. etc." and I was just so tired of it I asked them to speak to a supervisor and they said the supervisor would call in an hour and they never did, it has been more than 24 hours of waiting for a supervisor to contact me. I think this business might be fake. I went to them cause they got really good reviews and ChatGPT recommended them but honestly I think those reviews are fake and this a fake business and I'm going to report them. If it takes only a few hours to schedule me in for a delivery why did it take this long to not even get an answer. And when I did get an answer it was like a few hours notice of when I would need to be available for them to deliver. Just poor quality service and seriously don't use AI to communicate with your clients! At least have a phone number to call to speak to a real person. I do not recommended this business AT ALL!

I gave Richard pics of the big heavy stuff and he gave me a price. We did it all over the phone. The day of the move, the team lead, Jake, called me 20 minutes out, which I appreciated. The four GIANT Polynesians arrived and made short work of my crap (and lets face it.. its all crap... but I can't seem to live without it) ... ahem, HEAVY crap.
