He definately cares about his customers and sometimes he'll even respond on holidays if he is in the area. I work Downtown and all of our deliveries are in-town so that might have something to do with the quick service. We used to use another company where next day pick up was standard and sometimes they would not even make it until we called a second time. So Crosstown really excells in promptness and customer service.

They had good reviews, no complaints, and I liked the local contractor model, so I gave them a call. I'm not savvy about online service providers, and their support staff was fantastic about setting up my order and then pointing me to their phone "app" and setting it up. From there I was able to pay, confirm the order, get my driver assigned, and track his progress to pick up and deliver the instrument. I'm thrilled with the service from all involved, and our son is thrilled to have something more to do with his time than watch TV and surf the web!
