With many other business found nowhere else Oliver Wine & Deli, Kapa Hale Restaurant and Olive Tree Cafe and more the draw here brings a steady flow I never expected. The one way parking entrance is on Kilauea Ave and you exit in the back to Pāhoa Ave. This classic Korner keeps things fresh and is worth checking out what it has to offer that keeps us locals coming back for more. A female voice was describing how this Civil Beat Plaza came to be... she said that it took about four years to complete. It may have opened faster if the pandemic hadn't happened. She also mentioned that there were many donations to make this place a reality. Our Yelp friend, Peter Y., said that this was the former site of the Kress Building. Hmmm... interesting. He also stated that there's still office space available... PARKING: the entrance to the structure is on Wilhelmina Rise. However, if you're going to Goodwill on the Ground Level of the Civil Beat Plaza building, park in the open lot across the street on Wilhelmina Rise.

Community gathering to swap unwanted items going instantly to homes is nothing more than a great way to support those that are looking for items as well as I've overheard folks saying that that don't have much is so unfortunate and there nothing more that makes me happy than to see my items snatched which I did and it felt great. Love the loft vibe they have here and the location as it offers very easy parking and hope that they continue to have events like this as everyone had a great time finding new items to their wardrobe which they also provide fitting room as well. I appreciated that I could lock the office so I could leave for lunch without having to carry all my things. The building parking is a reasonable price, a little under $20 for the day. There is an non-public bathroom within the Kukui Hub offices and a cute little kitchenette. Great experience.

The access to the unit is easy and the desk space worked out perfect. The cubicles have high walls so it's private and I had more than enough desk space. The local mini mart had everything I needed from coffee to snacks and lunch! So convenient. I will definitely be going back there again and I am even thinking about renting one of the office spaces permanently as the location is conveniently located in downtown Honolulu.
