We are so pleased with our lei delivery I wanted to leave this review. First off, the Tuberose-Orchid lei was gorgeous and our Mother loved it. Because it was for Mother's Day, we were anxious about two things: 1. What if the delivery was late? and 2. Would the lei be fresh for gifting the day after delivery to Southern California? Turns out, our worries were for nothing. The FedEx delivery was smooth and the Tuberose Lei was gorgeous on delivery. Horrible service. I ordered lei's Friday and verified THREE times same time via computer AND via phone. Graduation event is for Monday so I get an "urgent"email late Sunday night that they are unable to fulfill order since they do not deliver/work on weekends. Not sure how I will be trying to find flowers at 11pm. Emily/Staff-Here are some tips to fix these issues. Must fix computer system that shows an incorrect date when this can be delivered. Must be more transparent that work can't be done on weekends. Must immediately notify the customer of this issue versus waiting late night before an important event. A phone call would be better when this happens. This was ordered Friday afternoon with verbal confirmation over the phone and then I receive this email late Sunday night. This is very upsetting and quite sad on how this was handled. This is the lei company to order from! They have very friendly customer service and were able to make my requested lei on a last-minute order. Previously, I had a larger order which they packed up with care in a box with an ice pack! Who does that?! So awesome! And when I picked it up, they gave me specific instructions on how to care for the leis and let me know to take the ti leaf leis out of the fridge and hang to dry or wipe dry before using. Most importantly, their leis are beautiful and reasonably priced! Ordered the Graduation Lei Value Pack (Orchid Lei, Ti Leaf Lei and Kukui Nut Lei) for my grandson who is being "Promoted" to the 6th grade. I ordered the wrist leis and boutonnieres for the bridal party on my wedding day. The flowers were shipped to our house in CA the day before the wedding and the flowers kept great in the fridge until the event. They looked and smelled beautiful. My only complaint would be that the wrist lei was a bit stiff and wasn't really comfortable to wear so I would probably recommend just the traditional corsage for comfort. That aside, the flowers looked beautiful, and it was so nice to incorporate Hawaii into our wedding. read more

Unfortunately, I have to write a one star review. I placed TWO separate graduation lei orders, on TWO different days, using TWO different payment methods on TWO different devices (my laptop and my iPad). One order was placed on May 16th for 4 leis to be shipped to Saratoga, CA and another order placed on May 17th. Both orders were charged and I received confirmation emails for both orders, so I was confident. HOWEVER, there was only 1 order number and ONLY 1 ORDER arrived. As fate would have it - the larger order with 4 leis did NOT arrive and we were left with NOTHING for graduation. While the company refunded the money - I would have expected an additional credit to be used at the company for their HUGE mistake, our inconvenience, and to try and repair/appease repeat customers. OR, to work with a florist in our area. Unfortunately, it was only words and no actions for this company. Their flower quality is AMAZING! it's very beautiful and last for a long time. My fiancé had never been to Hawaii, so I really wanted to make it a special trip. I wanted to get fancy leis for us during our trip and I was lucky enough to find this place online. I looked around at the competition and their prices were very competitive and they had a great selection. I made our order about two weeks in advance and since we were there I decided to pick it up instead of having it delivered. It was a little difficult to find, even with their directions and mini map, but I called and they were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, she showed my my order and the leis were perfect and gorgeous!! I LOVED THEM. She also went above and beyond. Since it was Valentine's Day, I had a last minute idea to get special tropical flowers for my fiancé and I wanted to build my own beautiful, tropical bouquet. Unfortunately, all the places I went to only had roses and carnations. She told me about a few different places and after calling one she suggested a place walking distance away. I ordered wedding flowers for myself and our bridal party, which were ALL supposed to be orchids. I'm talking bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, a wrist lei ($791) Instead, they used roses for 98% of the order. They were supposed to be blue and yellow orchids or white or green orchids if those were unavailable. Roses were never an option and also, who would order roses all the way from Hawaii?! I contacted them immediately after we unboxed our order asking why we had roses and they admitted fault, but did not offer a way to fix it. They admitted multiple times in email that they made a mistake and told their "lei makers" they just needed to be blue and yellow flowers and did not give them the memo that they were to be all orchids. This is a HUGE mistake! This made my entire order incorrect. Instead of immediately offering me a credit or refund or to redo my flowers CORRECTLY, they simply apologized? I guess they were hoping I would just be cool with yellow roses? Not only that, but my flowers arrived bruised, wilted and completely different than they were supposed to. I ordered the wedding style of orchid boutonniere and cosages, which were not supposed to have the decorative white tulle fabric adhered to them. This made them all look like prom flowers!! Atrocious!!! The wrist lei I ordered has a completely different shade of blue than the few other blue orchids in my order. How do they explain that? Who knows. I submitted multiple photos to them, but they left me in the dark and only updated me AFTER they got a note that fedex would credit the order partially. Fedex might be responsible for the flowers being bruised, but that doesn't negate the fact that they fulfilled the order completely incorrectly! Instead of refunding me the additional remaining amount, they have become hostile and are blaming me for their mistakes. It is the most deplorable customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of having beautiful wedding flowers, I was left with flowers I was embarrassed to even give to our bridal party! They simply do not care enough to make it right, which should have been the first thing they did once contacted. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! NEVER! read more

The staff were very friendly and responsive to our recent lei order. We initially paid for Saturday delivery and at their recommendation we elected to have the lei's delivered on Friday because Fed Ex isn't being reliable for Saturday delivery. We ordered the lei trio and on the website it said a Christina lei would be included. This is a specific lei we wanted for our daughter and unfortunately it was substituted with another fancy lei. I realize this is my fault because I didn't provide a week notice and the customer service agent warned they would substitute lei's as needed. As the Christina was still showing available on the website I didn't think it would be missing - totally my fault for not verifying. The maile ti leaf wasn't full like the website pictures and the haku was plain and didn't match or look like the beautiful haku on the website.
