We were blessed to be assigned Matthew H. to our job, and couldn't be more disappointed that we didn't go with these guys first. Matt arrived on time, communicated throughout the entire ordeal, spent over an hour looking over the roof, offered invaluable advice, and never disparaged the other company despite the COUNTLESS issues he uncovered. We are working on options to get our roof corrected and will absolutely call Firefighter Roofing if we're allowed to deviate from the original roofing company. There's nothing I appreciate more than people who carry themselves with character, respect, integrity, clear communication, and honest feedback. This roofing company has a good one in Matt H. and I wouldn't hesitate in letting his crew fix our roof. Stay blessed and good luck on your project if/when you decide to use this team. They are amazing from the time you call and speak with Laura until the rep shows up at your home. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PUSHY SALES TACTICS, AND I RESPECT THIS SO MUCH.

I am impressed by how this company began and who they are. They are firemen, first responders, and military men who provide a needed service for others with pride in their work. All communication was excellent. They completed our whole roof tear off and added a excellent new roof that actually has lowered our home insurance alot in less than a day! Clean up was excellent. They demanded to come see it, spent less than 5 minutes at the property (I don't think anybody even went on the roof) and then demanded I needed to get on the phone with them. When I got on the phone with them they told me it would be $1,500 (over triple what we were quoted elsewhere), and I immediately declined. During that visit, he made unprompted remarks about my personal life that had nothing to do with the inspection. When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.
