The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

Carlos took the time to explain what he was doing as he purged all of my sprinkler lines twice - once by manually opening each of the 18 valves and then by using the control panel. I knew where two of the underground valve boxes were, but I was unaware that there was another one. They quickly located it and completed the job. I will be calling them back next year.

The company secured the Calvert permit to cut a tree in the Bay zone and completed the job on time and at cost-which was reasonable. The quality of the job was better than I had asked for. I had some requests which may have been a little odd at first, but LiveWell's courteous, experienced and efficient construction crew was a joy to deal with. They accomplished a significant amount of work from one day to the next. They let me know precisely what they needed and always communicated how they would mitigate interruptions from unforeseen events, such as the recent snowstorms. The elite crew was few in numbers but accomplished so much in a relatively short amount of time. They even impressed others with their professionalism.
