I picked this hotel off the Internet as it was close to a local venue where i had to attend a Gala dinner. After a rushed trip I found myself with little time to get myself to the function. I was met at the door by the very friendly owner. She made me feel very welcome. She arranged to have my bill finalised and a receipt left on my bed and a taxi ordered in the morning to take me to the station early in the morning. Great service. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.great value for the £35 I paid for a good night sleep . Sadly I did not get to try the breakfast as I had to leave at 6:45 and breakfast did not start till 8:30. A little late for a business user. Would I stay again ? Most defiantly I will . read more

My boyfriend and I love this bed and breakfast. Mandy the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced with a good breakfast. Cleanliness is of a good standard. Location is not so good if you have mobility problems as long walk into torquay town but we love it. We have had many happy times here. read more
