So after some years, I was ready to be intentional about taking care of ME again. Now living out in this area, my previous waxing boutique place is no longer ideal, but I saw other reviews for this place, and decided to give it a go. Based on reviews I decided to book with Grace; best decision ever. She has a calming & humble spirit about her that puts you at ease in such an awkward & vulnerable position. She was able to hold casual chat during the process, which takes your mind off the pain. She was very thorough, the process went by quickly, and yet I didn't feel rushed. I was so pleased, I went ahead and committed to my self-care and signed up for the membership that day. It's crazy how something as simple as a wax, can revive your confidence! Thank you Grace.

I booked the $20 Brazilian wax and I guess the phrase you get what you pay for it really is true…read more Let's first start by saying I was 10 minutes late, which I did call to inform the Esthetician unfortunately their calls do not go directly in-house but to a overseas receptionist When I did arrive, the receptionist did not greet me nor did she introduced herself, but stared at the screen with her back to me to verify my name and asked me if I had wax before so she could gauge if she had enough time to still take my appointment. My, I am nothing about her look was professional she had on a hoodie the entire time definitely kind of sketchy. Also, she didn't make any conversation. All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience. Definitely would not recommend the vibe is definitely not there, and I will not be back for sure. Also, may I add anybody may be 10 minutes late because most people are probably looking for a storefront but it's not it's in a salon suite. Might I add, also at the quality of these products are nothing special their basic things you can buy inside of a Walmart or a beauty supply store with no aesthetician license. and the after post wax things that she use are not pH balance for the bikini area. I am a licensed aesthetician, so take my word for it. "Esthetician" Name is Nikita
