Where to start? Total fail, took my money quick enough, failed to ring in advance to advise pick up time. Last pick up time (AM) passed, waited, no call, rang number on site, straight to mobile, tried again used different option - we'll find out what's going on and call back.
You guessed it, no call back. Next morning driver calls, can I pick up now? Nope - I made an arrangement you failed, give me my money back. Guy from office calls, how can i help? Give me my money back, he gets shirty, can't give you your money back today (Friday) as there is no one in accounts department. I insist that money returned - he says (He's actually angry - with me!) he'll call the MD.
Guess what - no return call, no apology for keeping my money nearly a week and delivering nothing. Money came back on Monday, when they were ready.
Amateurs and shamateurs - steer (sic) well clear of these guys, they couldn't organise an alcoholic beverage in a brewery.
