I brought in and they told me too bad, too late??? It was over a year. Suggested I call the company yourself. This wasn't some cheap dress. They should stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.
