Super grateful for Victoria, she really helped me turn my life around! I broke my arm about a year ago and recovery was pretty rough. My body was in its worst shape from lack of activity and movement and I needed some guidance to get my health back in check. Victoria worked closely with me to rebuild my strength and confidence again. She did a great job of modifying exercises to accommodate my arm injury while still keeping the workout dynamic & fun. She also taught me a LOT about proper form, equipping me to safely do the same workouts at home. The hard work of course extended beyond our 1-hr sessions - she gave me nutritional tips and I made sure to watch my diet & daily activities. In 3 months, I lost 6 pounds, 5% of body fat, and gained a ton of muscle. I also lost 2" off my waist. Most importantly, I just feel stronger and more confident in my own skin (: Thanks Victoria! read more

I started working out with Victoria over a year ago. She first started cooking and I was taking back but the dishes and food she made. Every dish is full of flavor and everything is made with the most nutritious vegetables. Here knowledge on food is incredible. In a short period of time I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels , my mood, my daily digestive, my skin and nails and my overall appearance. The quality of her food brought me awareness of the day to day crap food I would ate daily. I have a complete new view about what not to eat and what is good to eat. After the second or third month of Victoria cooking I started training with her. She has a wide range of workouts which makes it fun. I had suffered a work injury and Victoria was able to work with and around my injury. I'm honestly so impressed with my progress. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life. I've always wanted nice flat stomach and first time I have abs. I developed beautiful definition in both my back and arms. Victoria is a warm heart, she takes what she does serious and is dedicated in getting you the results you want. She didn't just train and teach me she created a whole new healthy lifestyle for me. read more

I absolutely love Victoria! I'm a pretty in shape person but for the longest time I couldn't get certain problem areas of mine to ever go down or show an impactful improvement what so ever.... Turns out 80 percent of the exercises I was doing.. I was doing incorrectly. Not only has she helped me with correcting my formation, she gave me exercises to do on my own, evaluated my sleeping and eating patterns, suggested the right supplements for my body type and diet, and is always a text away to help me with my health needs. If you are looking for that extra step in taking your weight loss, body definition, or overall health wellness seriously then book with Victoria, I am beyond proud of my results with her and I know shes there to push me to reach my goals but also cares about the journey of the mind, body, and soul to help me get there read more

There is a few handful of people I look up to in life and fitness. Victoria is one of those people I look up to. Wether it's help in fitness, nutrition guidance, or life coaching, Victoria is helpful in everything. Going through a rough transition in my life from early on, and Victoria was there to help. Not just only as a mentor but as a friend. I would strongly recommend seeing her if you need help wishing fitness, nutrition, and/or life coaching. She is the best and a very kind person. read more

Training with Victoria is something you'll wish you had treated yourself to sooner. Not only is she incredibly supportive, motivated, and an all around great person, she is KNOWLEDGEABLE. She knows about supplements, dietary questions, and most importantly spends the time to help figure out what is best for you. I have seen amazing results working out with Victoria, I've lost almost 5% body fat and feel so much better about myself and more importantly my health. The training gym HVY has also been an amazing place to work out with her at. It's safe, clean, and accommodating. Don't waste your time looking around LA for another trainer, find someone who will genuinely care about you and your health. Try a session with Victoria. You won't be disappointed! read more

I've begun working with Victoria while going through chemotherapy for a blood cancer. Her workouts are fast-moving and perfect. The variety and pace of exercises are both high and seem to be aimed specifically at restoring my strength, flexibility and balance. If my energy is depleted due to the chemicals, Victoria alters the regimen. When the workout finishes, I can still feel the wide range of muscle groupings that have benefited from the hour. Also, the disease has made me deaf. Victoria's communication and adherence to precision in the exercises is flawless. I'm looking forward to being finished with the chemo and continuing with Victoria. read more

Victoria is the best!! She's like a velvet hammer. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about fitness she's also an amazing gourmet chef! She's a genuinely nice person, smart and interesting and a sweetheart. My husband and I started working with her about a month and a half ago and we already see a huge difference! My husband had an injury and Victoria worked with his physical therapist to coordinate the best and safest way for him to start working out without aggravating his injury. He's already doing so much better from working with her, it's fantastic. She's completely professional. She pays close attention to alignment and helps us stay right on the edge of what we can do the whole time. She has a wealth of knowledge about health and fitness and watches to make sure we're doing all the exercises to get the most out of them. I see a huge difference already. If you're serious about getting healthy and in great shape she is really the best. Both my husband and I could not recommend her more highly. read more

Victoria is amazing! So gentle, kind, precise and professional. Knew how to take my injuries into account and design a program for me that both rehabilitated and got me back in shape. As a former athlete I have worked with many trainers, and highly recommend Victoria! read more

Earlier this year, I reached out to Victoria to help me get my health in order and gain weight as I was struggling to gain any kind of muscle or fat. I was blown away from our first workout together by how knowledgeable she was about the body and how muscles are connected to the brain. Victoria also made me keep a food journal which she was able to create a diet lifestyle plan that suits me best. She has even introduced me to a kind of water that I swear has changed my life. We talk about all kinds of things health, science, and mental health during our workouts. I love that she takes the time to even text me outside our workouts about my health. Its clear how much she cares about her clients. Since working out with Victoria I've been able to gain a substantial amount of muscle and weight and feel so much more secure in my body. Highly recommend !! read more

I came for the training, but stayed for the past 2 years for the nutritional guidance and Vic's hands on approach. I'm 40 and since my career switch I had rapidly put on weight. Apparently, sitting at a desk and snacking for 8 hours a day is bad for your waist line. A friend referred Vic to me and we began. The training was amazing and I saw a real difference with in 3 weeks. After I, reluctantly, agreed to meal prep and take her nutrition advice, the weight fell off. Anyway, Vic is amazing! On a side note, did you know that donuts and beer are not healthy?! read more

If each of us yelp reviewers were allotted just one 6 out of 5 star review to give out, I would award mine to Victoria. YES, she's that amazing! Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about the whole "wellness" spin on personal training 1) because "wellness" has unfortunately become such an overused buzzword and 2) because I've had my own fair share of nutrition classes as well as experiences with subpar nutritionists to now be extremely cautious about receiving any nutritional guidance. Enter Victoria. Now mind you, I found Victoria on a (most fortunate) whim on Yelp. I was instantly blown away by her knowledge on so many things I had not even considered thinking about from my body alignment to even the healthiest type of salt to use. She even makes solid book recommendations! Best part, she doesn't try to force all of this knowledge onto you. I can normally write off the individuals I consult with for some of the things they say that clearly don't hold any validity in terms of being fact based, but not Victoria. I can tell that she clearly does her research and doesn't claim to know you right off the bat. This coupled with her innate compassion makes it such a pleasure to work with her and also an honor to be able to trust her with my body, mind, and soul ;) read more

If you want sustainable results, you want Victoria! I've been training in Los Angeles for the better part of this decade. I've done classes, personal training, private groups, the whole gambit. Victoria is hands down the best coach I have worked with. Not only are her workouts the most efficient I have experienced--my body began to shred after 2 mere weeks of working with her, she also has deep knowledge of nutrition. That is one thing most every fitness expert I know lacks, the dual knowledge of how to exercise your body and how to feed your body, brain and cells. Not only did I obtain the best physical shape of my life with Victoria, I learned about how to feed myself on a cellular level, AND have developed healthy patterns I adopt into my life even outside of our sessions. read more

Victoria came very highly recommended to me by one of my best friends. In the past few years, she has totally transformed his body and lifestyle. I spoke to her on the phone and explained my physical limitations, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Outside of medical professionals, not too many people truly understand the way the human body functions.... VICTORIA DOES. So I felt safe starting up with her. Victoria is not a drill sergeant. She's firm and encouraging but it's not her goal to make you bust your butt until you puke. I was not in great shape at all and she was so patient but she pushed me through the workout without making me feeling awful about myself. I hate being pressured and I don't like being insulted, I've had trainers in the past who think the way to motivate is to be horrible to you... that does not work for me and V got that. I couldn't walk the next day! As simple as it seemed during our session, I couldn't believe how sore I was! It was kind of great. :) Anyways, I love Victoria and have recommended her all over town. I know you will too! Treat yourself to a better future! read more

Victoria has been cooking for me for a while now, and she is the absolute best. She took all of the information surrounding my dietary needs, she pairs that information with her vast knowledge of food and nutrition, and crafts tailored meals that are delicious. Very happy with the nutritional guidance as well. I can see reaching my goal without a doubt. Highly recommend Victoria. A very knowledgeable trainer and kind kind soul. read more

I started working out with Victoria only a few months ago and already noticed so much change. I've lost weight and become so much stronger. She unlike many other trainers actually really cares about your health and well-being overall. It makes a difference when the person cares and listens. She worked with my on my injury which healed up after a few weeks of working with her. She helped me get on a healthy diet and educated me in the process with so many tools. She is so educated in all areas. She really goes above and beyond.I can't recommend her enough. If you want someone who is going to truly genuinely work with you to reach your goals she is the one! First of all, I am not the type of person who likes to exercise, and I have never trained myself hard before. However, Victoria motivates me and I really like her sessions. The more sessions I do with her, the more comfortable and open my body becomes. The best thing about her sessions is that she always makes me try harder and more challenging workouts, but she never forces me to do anything that causes me pain. She gives us all the details so that we can feel really happy doing it. Working out can sometimes make us feel lonely, but with Victoria, we can reach heights we could never reach alone. read more

Professional, friendly and easy-going, motivating, extremely knowledgeable, always punctual, & diligent about form. I have sports injuries from playing Division I soccer and a strained lower back - Victoria is constantly keeping my injuries in mind, checking in and adjusting the exercises, as needed. There are trainers and then there is Victoria.......a gifted genius who has the power, integrity and knowledge to reform, transform and empower. I have challenges with my body that Victoria has reconstructed and rectified, she sees things that many trainers do not. Her workouts are thoughtful, creative, energetic and dynamic. She holds my attention and focus and each workout is different. Her understanding of the body and nutrition continues to inspire me. Furthermore, this beautiful young women is the kindest, most patient and compassionate person who I just can't wait to see for training sessions.... A friend recommended me to Victoria after I complained about regular trainers at the gym and private trainers I'd encountered. However, I must detail what a difference the personal touch makes, and Victoria brings that and more. Having become disillusioned with the aforementioned trainers, the results meant that I was putting on weight and more importantly, neglecting my diet. Victoria rectified that immediately with fun yet efficient work out routines, while also introducing me to the other side of the training regime, nutrition. She seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of nutritional values in all food and drinks, and devised meal plans that not only suited my tastes but that were also easy to prepare around my work schedule. I'd never paid full attention to the minute details of individual food groups but Victoria explained everything and how it not only affects our body but our mind as well. This is basically a an amazing work out routine with a free health and nutrition plan thrown in. Everything you need for a fit a healthy life. We've been working together for six months and not only have a lost some serious pounds, but also gained a far healthier outlook on life and what I consume. The best around, hands down! read more

Wow Vic is extremely knowledgeable about information you won't find anywhere online. She's a great listener, attentive and caring to her clients and tailor nutritional recommendations specifically for each client. I'm in the process of replacing all meats to grass-fed and finished meat. This is not expensive, she provides delivery vendors where you actually save more than going to supermarket. From Vic, I've learned that there is just so much processed foods in our stores that really aren't good for us. Especially here in the states. I've already swapped beef steak with bison for a few weeks. Ive already noticed 1 inch off my stomach just from one simple switch. I can wait to see further results!! -Leon read more

Victoria is an amazing personal trainer! I worked with her 5 years ago before I moved to San Francisco and I was in the best shape of my life. I recently moved back and gained a little weight so I knew Victoria was the perfect person to call for help. We've done workouts at a gym, at a park, and even at the beach. She definitely tests my limits and keeps my body guessing by throwing different exercises at me each session. I highly recommend working with her. read more

Victoria is an incredible trainer. So far, knock on wood, I have not gotten injured. For the past 10 years I've been trying to get in shape and every single time my body breaks down. I'm very injury prone and Victoria is on it and extremely attentive to positioning and form as I'm working out, more so than anyone else, and I've been to all of the top places all over town. I've had my share of trainers and bootcamps and work out programs in the last 10 years and I have to say that Victoria blows them all away. This woman is the real deal as far as fitness and nutrition goes, she really knows her stuff and knows how to cater it to YOU personally. The results I have gotten from Victoria far surpass anything I have ever experienced, and in a short amount of time because she keeps you motivated and keeps you wanting more. She is tough, really tough, but not mean, she just wants the best for you and knows what is best for you to get the results you didn't even know you wanted yet. Victoria has changed my life. I have constantly struggled with my weight and workouts and she did for me in a matter of two months, what would have taken me years to do on my own. I am 34 years old and have never been in better shape. I feel great about myself and my body. My confidence has skyrocketed. We work out three times a week and I plan to continue with her indefinitely. A lot of other trainers spend a whole bunch of time talking and going through the standard motions and not focusing on their clients' needs. Victoria makes it a point to mix up every single workout so different muscles are targeted each time. She doesn't waste any time and is focused on me the entire time we are together. She's also given me great direction in changing my diet. I never cooked before I started working out with her, and now I am making easy, healthy meals for myself every day and I love it! If you really want to get healthy and get fit, I would highly recommend Victoria. read more

I met Victoria in 2009 in a long line of trainers that my then gym (LA Fatness) supplied me with to work me out. The other trainers, although well-trained and capable but were missing something. I would have stayed at that gym forever as long as Victoria was there but when she left, so did I. Victoria has been training me nearly every week since then, even long distance. She is concerned only with me performing my personal best - no one else's - and supporting me in recognizing every achievement - big and small - as a constant reminder that I'm limited only by what I think I can do, not by what I am truly capable of. We have never done the same workout twice. She coaches me in working different parts of the body simultaneously to maximize use of our time together and my energy to build my body as a whole - balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, form, and symmetry. Victoria knows my body better than I do and is aware when I am approaching my safe limit and when to encourage me to do "just one more." I have injuries from pervious sports and activities that we have worked around and into my workout routines so that we are always able to train something to keep my body in it's best shape ever. All of this and she's a nutrition expert and a bona-fide gourmet chef. Victoria is the best. read more

I started working out with Victoria after COVID quarantine really negatively affected my fitness. After back surgery, it was incredibly important to me that I find someone who really understands the body. Victoria has increased my strength and wellbeing exponentially. She truly practices functional fitness and I am so much stronger with no pain (other than the good kind of sore). Somehow, every workout is different, the time moves quickly, and I am always the perfect amount of sore-enough to be proud of what i have done but not too much that I can't move. She is like the Macgiver of the gym, she can turn any gym equipment up a notch. This is not her day job, this is her life's work and she takes it seriously. Victoria pays unbelievable attention to form, is never on the phone or distracted, she pushes me to be the best I can be and always with a very positive attitude.
