First, getting into the unit was extremely confusing and difficult. Took us about half an hour and we had help from residents that live there full time. Beyond that, the elevator by our unit was broken. Slot of extra walking due to that and the unit is on the 5th floor. The night we arrived, there was a pool party going on with about 150 people that didn't live there all smoking weed with a very loud DJ late into the night. Beyond that, the mgmt company informs us there's a noise detector in our unit and we have violated the noise settings from simply watching tv. Stay somewhere else!

The sites in the middle are facing all different directions, some smaller and bigger than others. The sites around the outside are generally the same size, shape and position. All of the sites are about a 7.5/10 rating and gravel. The grounds are kept very clean! There are tons of doggy waste stations, trash stations throughout and on site recycling. Everyone I encountered staying there was friendly and polite, and staff that I interacted with were app very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

When we first arrived, I was concerned that there would be traffics noise at night. However, the traffic was non-existent from 11pm- 7am and so we had a quiets night rest. It was actually the best night of sleep I've had in a really long time because the bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. The house itself had so many cool features. Ask for the Tour! The hosts, James and Rhonda, did not miss any detail from the coffee to the toiletries to the linens. Check in and check out were clearly communicated. They were responsive the whole time including a couple of times I had maintenance issues and when I needed them to pick up a package for me. Apartments come with all the stuff you would expect in a corporate apartment - fully furnishings, washer dryer, pots & pans... I find that this was so well furnished as any other bigger corporate housing companies, but at a much affordable price. The service was pretty good, most of the requests were taken care of within a day both by the corporate housing company as well as the apartment community. Charles who handled our move-in was very professional, helpful and offered us a very good deal on the rental The apartment where we stayed (clover on the ridge) was close to walmart, cvs pharma, panda express .... And it is about 2 exits from Hulen mall and other businesses.
