We felt like we were not able to diy this job and Nick and Max had a reasonable price for the work and didn't make us feel bad that it was above our skills. Nick communicated with us through text and kept us informed during the whole time he was scheduling and working on the job. They were tidy during the work and respectful of our kitchen tile. Nick even offered to take our old disposal and dispose of it. They left our kitchen very clean after their work. Nick said if our disposal leaked to contact him and they would come back and fix the leak as part of the job. It did leak and they came back the very next day, added some stuff they picked up on their way to our house and took the whole thing out and reinstalled. It has not leaked since they were last here. We were very impressed with their expertise and customer service and are going to have them do some more jobs at our vintage home.
