It wasn't worth the price of delivery so the next ton I ordered I picked it up myself in my SUV. Be warned, they WILL NOT help you load a ton of pellets into your car. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN if you pick a ton up yourself. We switched out are pellet stove this summer for a coal stove and went today to pick up a ton of coal for winter. Same policy, not one employee helped me load a ton of coal into my SUV. It's poor business, you can include the help in your price of coal/pellets if you have too. A ton of coal/pellets is a lot of work on one body by themself meanwhile the company has fork lifts etc. to help them lift.
