ProStar has been working VERY HARD on the exterior of our strata high-rise building for 5+ months,…read morefinishing yesterday. They did an amazing job under challenging conditions addressing exterior concrete repairs, replacing sealants, fixing leaks, treating rusty rebar, repairing and replacing flashing, power washing, painting and much more. The crew were always polite, cheerful and fastidious even while doing work 10+ stories up on narrow ledges in the hot sun; and rainy weather just meant they adjusted course a little and worked on what was needed in covered areas and then they went back to the exposed areas when the sun was shining. We can't imagine a more difficult job as they hung from ropes lowering paint cans, ladders, slabs of granite and much more. We are very grateful for their tremendous efforts.

I only needed a closet door replaced, and ended up giving my entire project to them because of their professionalism, work ethic, demeanor, and the quality of their work. They did my floors, the painting, new baseboards, a lovely oak slat feature wall for me, and some odds and ends I wanted done. I actually did even get the closet door put in too! You have never seen quality painting like they do trust me! I am 80 and have had a lot of painters in my day. It is tricky to get good tradesmen these days, and I most highly recommend Alex, and his team of professionals for any improvements you need done, big or small, and especially painting. His total crew can do "anything!" Great guys! Great work! They are going to be my permanent "go to guys."

He's not the cheapest, but he's fair, and it's not worth it to try to lowball.... you'll get what you pay for, believe me. Scott was able to fix my problems and there were no surprises with the bill. He is a great communicator, very talented and detail oriented. I had a small problem with one of his contractors installing incorrect baseboard heaters (both of us were at fault, I bought the wrong wattage and the electrician didn't see the warning.) Scott made sure it was taken care of right away, at no additional charge and he didn't make me feel like I was in the wrong. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

He was very positive when I added a last minute request (conversion of a lamp & its install). He showed up on time and had an impressive tool kit! Throughout the day, he was extremely neat and always cleaned up after him. As somebody who has worked in a museum, I was very impressed with his cleanliness and attention to detail. Scott is very knowledgeable and cares about what he does. Additionally, he makes sure the job he does will last a long time: when he saw the IKEA floating shelf, he explained (very scientifically) why they always fall off the walls and suggested that we install it with an L bracket. That made my day. Despite the amount of jobs I had piled on him, he finished the project in a timely manner. I look forward to hiring him again as more projects come up!
