I have phoned, emailed numerous times as Ben left my home with my gable and kick plates, saying he would cut them to size and then install them. That was in May. I can assume that he has stolen them as I have never heard back and can't get anyone on the phone nor receive a response to my email. They originally came in March and messed up the joints to my hardwood floor and glued pieces over pieces, leaving it looking like a disaster zone and ruined portions of the floor due to their lack of expertise. Even I knew that it needed to be placed UNDER the baseboards. Very upset in trusting in a company that did nothing right and now has ownership of my gable and kick plates.
