And even 1 thing is outside your trashcan you get zinged for it. The first trashcan I bought they broke the wheels off it the first time they came and picked up trash when they slammed it down real hard. I had to buy a really expensive one that was much larger and of course they increased the price of my trash pickup last thing they don't let you know when your bill is due if you happen to forget that week after 3 months, They just don't pick up your trash. You can't auto pay either. No curtesy phone call,text,letter,post card nothing! I heard alot of complaints about the other trash companies in town about only getting a postcard when there bill was due or a slight overcharge on there bill but trust me these guys make them look like superstars. I wish I had more options for trash pickup, but I don't and I just have to keep getting screwed by these guys I suppose.

My neighbors hired them to move their things, I came home to their truck parked, completely…read moreblocking me and my other neighbors drive way, on the wrong side of the street. I asked the man kindly to move his truck to the other side of the road or to park in front of the house he was working for and he told me he would "in a few" I then explained that I had to go to work soon and would not be able to leave if he put the truck back where it was. He told me " just come grab me." I told him I did not feel it was my responsibility to come get him to move the truck when he was not parked on the right side to begin with. He said he could park where he wanted and continued back into my neighbors house. I ended up having to call the police to get him to move the truck at all and he only moved it because he knew he was wrong. He also had no cones out warning cars of the truck, until I called. He still parked in front of my drive way but left my anointing neighbors driveway open just enough for me to fit. The point is I shouldn't have even had to call them in the first place I asked him multiple times to please move his truck before I called the police and asked the neighbors to request they move it as well. Monday was my pick up day and now it's Friday with still no pick up. I live on a very busy road so LOTS of people see the full dumpster sitting out there day after day. They will NOT let you talk to a supervisor and trying to cancel service is almost impossible. Took 20 minutes to get them to do it and then on their terms. You can't cancel service immediately - must wait until end of a billing period, despite their crappy service. Been with these people for 16 years and it never changes. Finally found another company to service this area or I would have left them long ago.

A few months later, neck deep in a garage clean up project, I called again to see if they would be able to come and haul away a bunch of stuff off our property. There were bikes, an old grill, a recliner, my kids old toys, an aquarium, and all the other miscellaneous crap that you find buried deep in our garage after decade.
