I have been working for several months through different dealers trying to get the right price and…read moreI feel like I wasn't, well playing the game. I walked in. They showed me their numbers showed me that what I was previously dealing with at another dealership was like comparing apples with mangoes and it all made perfect sense. They gave me a decent discount included a bunch of extras and the entire team they just made me feel like part of their family.. if I'm ever in the market for another Ford or if they have a used car that I want it would be the first people I go to see. Richard Chanski, Jesse Zuker, Justin Gardner John Milano, one of the managers Nick Buccina and of course The General SalesManager(one real good dude)Tim Lanzone, could not make you feel better about a purchase.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E AWD Extended Range…read more At the time of purchase in Florida, my salesperson was Enrique assisted by Anthony, it was made clear that I reside in Pennsylvania. However, I was not informed of the significant impact that cold weather would have on the vehicle's battery performance and overall range. As a customer working with certified sales professionals, I expected to receive full and transparent information about the vehicle's capabilities and limitations, particularly those that would directly affect daily use in a colder climate. Additionally, during a recent cross-country trip to Utah, I experienced further performance concerns in high-temperature, desert conditions. I was also not made aware that extreme heat could reduce battery efficiency and range. While I understand that environmental factors can influence electric vehicle performance, these impacts were not adequately communicated during the sales process. The vehicle was marketed with an estimated range of approximately 300 miles per charge. Since taking ownership, I have not once achieved that range. In my experience, the maximum range has been closer to 250 miles under typical conditions. While I understand that advertised range is an estimate, this consistent shortfall, combined with the lack of upfront disclosure, has been frustrating and disappointing. I also recall being strongly encouraged by dealership management to transition from my previous vehicle, with assurances regarding long-term value retention. Based on current market conditions, that representation does not appear to align with the actual depreciation of the Mach-E.

UNDER NEW OWNER! ! !…read more The new owner is super nice! I walked into B & B thinking I would get service from the same people from years ago, Today I found that the original people closed shop and left. Although left with blank wondering what to do next, The new owner Mike asked me what I needed done, and he got right to work helping me with my vehicle. Not only did I leave his shop with what I needed, but also with some car knowledge. If you need help I advise you go to mike! So appreciative for him..

I passed and took to empire for replacement of module. They did the work as I asked but still had issues. Another new battery installed.. Issue still there...you need wire harness someone cut up old one- ok.. Months went by very little communication even after leaving phone messages. I would drive there on my day off several times during these months. I kept hearing Friday your car will be ready..this happened about 3 to 4 times. Finally after wiring Harness, battery install car still no start. You need a module by the battery..ok do it I need the car..installed still no start. I know he was working alone and these issues are not easy to repair. After 4 to 5 months of this we handed the title over to Brian. Many car stay they for very long periods of time so be careful using this shop.

My grandmother purchased a gray Chevy HHR from this dealership, and it turned out to be completely unreliable from the start. The vehicle had numerous issues and should never have been sold in that condition--especially to an elderly customer who trusted she was getting something safe and dependable. After repeated problems, they had to come pick the car up around 10 different times. Eventually, they replaced it with another vehicle. Unfortunately, that situation has been just as bad, if not worse. The replacement car has had ongoing issues since day one: * It will not shift into overdrive * The transmission light has been on since we received it * It has serious overheating problems We brought the vehicle back to them to fix the overheating issue they were already aware of. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they charged $300 for a radiator--which did NOT fix anything. The car is still overheating, and now they refuse to take responsibility or make it right. To make matters worse, the original car my grandmother bought is now sitting in their junkyard--raising serious concerns about why it was sold in the first place. When I tried to address the situation, the owner responded by calling and cursing at me instead of handling this professionally. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to think twice, especially if you are buying for an elderly family member. No one should have to go through this. We simply wanted a safe, reliable vehicle and fair treatment--and we did not receive either.
