It's very spiffy to have a party room connected to the pool area. We sat outside both rooms at a high top to watch her enjoy the fun, and once my daughter arrived to stay with her, we took off. I looked around as much as a could without actually getting a tour, and was impressed by what I saw. I was thinking if I lived in Worthington again, I would absolutely become a member to make use of the gym, pool, etc. I'm not sure what the etc. would be, but I would explore. Cool place.

This static music is so loud that the lifeguard that I was standing face to face couldn't hear me ask her a question about the noise. That's VERY problematic in and of itself. This would have been a perfect pool party if it wasn't for the NOISE POLLUTION BLASTING OUT OF SEVERAL SPEAKERS. FIX IT OR TURN IT OFF.

Well-designed, easy to navigate (and with a welcome desk if you need help.) The basketball arena is mid-sized, so everyone has a good seat. Restrooms and other facilities were clean. I think there is a small snack bar, though it was closed when I passed. All in all an excellent facility for a game, and I'm sure a great place for students to work out, etc.

My boys love this place, and we've been coming for a while now…read more It can get rowdy, so it's harder if you have younger kids - my boys are almost 8 and 10 and can handle pretty much anything thrown at them by older kids (and I feel like 99% of the time, the older kids in there are respectful to the little ones around them). The staff tends to be on the younger side when I've come, but they enforce the rules fairly and I have never felt like they were neglectful about their duties (sometimes that's just ringing me up, sometimes it's answering my boys' questions - they've always been good). I still don't fully understand why the owner has their own reserved parking space, though.

I tried calling both the people (T & H, for short) who administer the test to schedule it and neither one called me back. I also texted one of them (H) and never heard back. So I called the rec center and they gave me the email for H. I emailed him and he replied and we scheduled it. Then, two hours before the time we had scheduled, he emailed me and said he would be teaching a class at that time and could I do it myself? I had never paid attention to the set-up of the procedure so I said no. So he said he would get someone to cover for him and he'd be there at our scheduled time. I got there early and waited about 15 minutes before I went to the front desk to tell them I needed help with the scheduled test. The person followed me back to the in-body room and pointed to a man and said "That's H". So he was out in the hallway having a conversation and I was waiting (at that point nearly 20 minutes) for him. He came in and gave me the test. Some version of this happens every 3 months when I buy new passes and have to run the gauntlet to get my free test and it is extremely frustrating.
