Learned that most good brake shops replace brake pads in pairs to allow for even wear. This place replaced one and we didn't know. Needless a week later we had to replace the new one and it's pair. Frustrating experience. Previous post: We were visiting from Arizona and we had some brake problems. We went to different shops prior and they were too busy. We stopped by here even though they would have closed within 15 minutes. He agreed to take a look, felt bad we were out of state. He had the vehicle back to us with a replaced brake pad. He was a good humored man and really appreciated him.
