Going in for the second purchase, the salesperson had presented us with a sale price on paper previously. When we went into purchase, it turned out the the sale price was a quote for financing with $3,000 down. It was in small print at the bottom. That made the actual sale price more than the original quote as we were paying cash. One car had a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor which the salesman said was due to the cold temperatures. That was not the case. We scheduled it to be fixed, but had to bring it in four times for them to get it straight that the sensor was what was needed. One hand did not seem to know what the other hand was doing. If you choose this dealership, go in with your eyes wide open and be prepared for glitches or misinformation.

I've witnessed women clients ahead of me take a bashing of unnecessary talking down to, more than once. Alongside all that snarkiness, they installed cheap motor mounts in my vehicle which lasted only a few months, after complaining how difficult it was to access my vehicles smaller engine compartment upon retrieving my vehicle. How about just do your job and keep those comments to yourself, needless to say, I had to replace those motor mounts elsewhere. Nobody thinks your snarky comments are cute. Just do your job and keep your unhelpful opinions and prejudices to yourself. I won't be returning.

The Ford dealership had strongly recommended that I do a complete transmission service, at the price of $485 plus tax. No, actually they said I would be walking if I didn't, and then they told me that my warranty would be voided if I took it anywhere but the dealership. When I challenged the mechanic on this statement, he backed down but did say that I had to use all Ford parts or the warranty would be voided. Miss even included in the Transmission fluid and filter. I called RPM for a second opinion, and Tom suggested I bring it out and let them look at the fluid. I had told him the whole story about Ford telling me that I couldn't take it anywhere else or use anything but Ford parts, and when I arrived at RPM Tom gave me a handwritten note with the name of the federal law that prohibits that sort of thing. Tom pulled the dipstick on my transmission fluid inspected the fluid, and pronounced it fine. he ask if the transmission was shifting fine, and I told him that it wants. He suggested but I did not need to do anything to the transmission. I believed him and was spared a $485 unnecessary expense at Ford. By the way, RPM would've charged $310 for the same exact service that Ford wanted $485 for. I strongly recommend RPM as honest people. If I ever need anything done again in silver city I will go straight to them.
