Finally flagged down a technician after waiting at the door for 10 minutes. He says you will have to check in again. Still no checkin (their screen adds your name to a monitor). I take a picture after I complete the check in again. Wait another 10 minutes for another tech who shrugs and walks away as I am talking!! Even other patrons were commenting on how rude she was. She said she didn't know how to help me. Another patron pops up and says you could take her blood. I just walked out.

(When I was 18, I was told I didn't weigh enough to give blood, so I've never had that much blood drawn.) The techs were amazing. They patiently and good-naturedly answered all my questions. My anxiety was in overdrive, so they had me lie down. There were two techs working together, so it went fairly quickly. They even told me after it was done, to just take it easy, and eat something and drink water as soon as I was able. They were awesome, and I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.
