The second time I asked for her to help and bag groceries but she refused. She stated she just got there and didn't know where to go and it was self checkout so she would not help. Talked to the manager John that was the highest in store but was not store manager. He refused to listen or look at me when I was talking. John said I had to leave the store several times. I have contact the customer service on the phone over 4 times in the last 2 weeks and they have done nothing. This is the great customer service you receive at krogers.
