The new policy of digital coupons is a scam , If i had not watched what i was being charged . my $68 grocery would have totaled $112.00 .. the cashier smirked and said sorry .. the manager laughed and smirked.. while trying to steal my money .. Fix this or it will ruin your business . Not everyone can afford a phone and computer and internet to save money in your store .Times are tough out here . t was suggested I go to the library to use the computer to download the coupons .. Kroger employee refused to help with the self checkout when there was a problem with the conveyor belt just stood and watched. The second time I asked for her to help and bag groceries but she refused. She stated she just got there and didn't know where to go and it was self checkout so she would not help. Talked to the manager John that was the highest in store but was not store manager. He refused to listen or look at me when I was talking. John said I had to leave the store several times. I have contact the customer service on the phone over 4 times in the last 2 weeks and they have done nothing. This is the great customer service you receive at krogers. read more

This store never has items in stock, regardless of being on sale or not. Pickup items are substituted and then you're charged more for them, despite the fact that you're supposed to receive the sale price. Literally every Kroger around here has all the same items in stock that this store doesn't - on a daily basis! I stayed away from Walmart as long as possible but I'm forced to purchase my groceries there now since I can't place a full order at Kroger. read more

I was expecting more from this Kroger's because it was brand new. The layout of this Kroger was highly disappointing. There was no actual Floral & Meat Department. We came on a Sunday afternoon, and everything we wanted was out of stock. The aisles were very hard to follow. You had to go back two aisles to stay in order. Don't get me wrong, this place was nice, but the place was a madhouse. They should've kept the two other Kroger's in Fremont. read more

The store combined 2 stores to create the mega store. The store rarely has the advertised specials in stock. The pick up service employees are friendly. It is nice that the service fee has been dropped considering the fact that Walmart has never had a pickup fee. Rarely ever are my digital coupons applied for the pickup service. You also have to check your receipts. I was charged for nine plus pounds of grapes when I received 4.14 pounds resulting in an extra $11 charge. I received Benadryl as a substitute for the store brand, resulting in a charge of over $63 instead of $8. Bottom line, not worth your time shopping in the store. Stick with Walmart and save yourself time and money. read more

Typical busy Sunday afternoon at Krogers, here in Fremont, Ohio. We were about 6th line line. A young associate approached us and offered to check us out thru the self check-out section. We accepted and Victoria was just great. Efficient, polite, and very personable. To the managers: this young lady is a keeper. She is an asset to your team! read more
