I would honestly give zero stars if I could. I have purchased from this seller in the past and recently I set up a custom wig order worth $620 a month in May advance of when I needed it (June 17th). I told her that the address was incorrect on PayPal and that I needed it to be shipped to my new address she obliged. Every other week I checked in on the progress and she let me know that everything was coming together and it would be shipped the weekend before I needed it( mind you this was hair for my birthday) on the day of shipping she messages me on insta and says that I have to change the address and then she'll send it so I'm rightfully upset because I mentioned this the first day of buying the hair. As a seller this could not have been your first time having a customer input the wrong address so why wait until the day if shipping when I had brought it up in advance? And she cancels the PayPal and requests another $620 so now I've sent her 1240 in total for the Unit and $620 was being refunded back. I told her that I felt it was very last minute to do this because I already have been waiting the necessary amount of time for the hair, and I would've appreciated a reschedule to honor both of our time. Instead she told me how in all 6 years of service she NEVER HAD COMPLAINTS and from reading other reviews here I see that is not the case! I have never been one to bring down other women but that day she was supposed to send the hair and never sent tracking. I messaged her by email and she didn't respond and she blocked me on Instagram. This is how she treats her customers. JAE after I always purchased from you and you use my photos on your Instagram. Ruined my birthday and definitely will never be purchasing from you and I hope other people see this and heed my warning. We could've reconciled it I would've never paid that amount of money for nothing and I feel highly disrespected like my time and money was wasted and you do not value customers no matter how long they have been shopping with you and championing you. read more

Got some hair from here a few months ago and it is evvvvveeeeeerrrryyyything! I wanted a shoulder length bob, so I opted for Virgin Malaysian Body Wave in 12". Since I got it installed a few months ago I've noticed it doesn't shed, maintains a curl, and washes well. It seems to be getting better and better with time. I got my hair done by Jae on wed 7/12/17 and when I tell you I had the greatest experience, I literally had the greatest experience!! I called their shop a few days before I got my extensions installed and spoke with Claudia who was super sweet and professional. I told her that I was looking for curly hair extensions and she invited me to the shop to view their selection. She patiently explained all the hair types to me until I picked one that I fell in love with. Then I was able to book my appointment to get the hair installed by them with ease. On the day of my appointment I met Jae who was also super sweet and professional. She was punctual and got started on my hair as soon as I stepped in the door. horrible hair and even more horrible service! I promise you this hair is NOT worth it!! This is not bundle hair. It sheds, knots, gets staticky as if it was high grade level of synthetic hair. But who wants that? The hair gets all puffy in the back like pack hair. Do not take chance with company. You'll waste money and they won't try and rectify instead tell you, you don't know how to managed the hair -_- ...shouldn't need that much managing. They colored the hair and the curl pattern has completely disappeared!? Can't wash and go nothing. When I complained I was told "some" of the pattern will loosen. I bought curly bundles for a reason (wash and go) there is absolutely no wave to it. Oh and when they sent me the hair back after coloring it was still wet rushed/botched job? The location well kept, staff was super knowledgeable on product/product maintenance and bundles were competitively priced. Horrible service. Hair was colored incorrectly and they refused to correct without additional charge. Jae the owner did not even have the decency to come to the shop to try and rectify the issue . One of the workers that was very sweet and also agreed the color was incorrect was left to deal with it. Was not paying any additional fee's. Took the hair and left. I got my hair within a week and i live all the way in Canada. The hair is great ordered many times before but i purchased bundled along with clip in services and while the photo represents professionally crafted clip ins i received clips ins that looked like i had done them. Very thin wefts and with the knots of thread showing. Not well done AT ALL. For my sister in laws 21st birthday we went on a frantic search for hair. We always noticed the store but we're afraid because it looked like it might have been out of our budget. We ventured in and everyone was so nice! We were personally services by the owner and the rest of the staff was pretty helpful. This was not the experience I expected. Very disappointed... overcharged and given a jacked up wig. I should have taken a picture to post. Last Friday, I spoke with Jae regarding a custom wig that had a natural look without a alot of hair. She recommended a lace closure,with two and half 12 inch bundles. She priced that wig at $460.00. I gave her a deposit of $ 130.00 and set an appointment for the coming Tues to pick it up. After thinking about it and talking with friends, I called her to say I would like two bundles instead of two and a half and requested the new price since I was using less hair. I was told the price is still $460.00. She claimed she quoted me the price for two bundles not two and a half, a closure and to make the wig. Although I knew she had quoted me for two and a half 12 inch bundles. When I came to pick up the wig I asked for an itemized price. The total bill for two 12 inch bundles, a lace closure and to make the wig came to $420.00, not $460.00 as I had been told several times. The extra $40.00 for the half bundle was still included in the price ,although Jae said it wasn't. I was suppose to pick the wig up on Tues @10:30am, 4 days after I order it, but I received a call 30-40 mins prior to my appt saying she had to reschedule to later, like 5 pm. Feeling like she needed more time to make the wig, I rescheduled the appointment to 10:30 am Wed., the next day. On Wed, Claudia met with me. When I walked in Claudia was still working on the wig. After placing it on my hear it was clear the wig was not finished/rush job because several things were not right and it did not look ANYTHING like the pictures posted on their website. She had to add a band to it because it was too big. The hair on both sides had bumps like a weave with the track laying on fat braids. I was not able to pull the hair back or up without a track sticking out although it was a lace closure. I pointed these things out to Claudia and she attempted to fix them. After her trying to fix it the tracks did not lay flat causing it to stick out, the closure was not bleached as we had discussed when i ordered it and no baby hair was pulled out to cover the lace front. I stated several times that I wanted my hair to look like Claudia's and the pictures posted online(baby hair, flat on the sides). Throughout the time Claudia was trying to fix the unit several people came into the shop to ask questions, purchase items, and had several phone inquires. I have worn weaves and wigs off and on for many years so I knew this wig was not going to look good. It didn't look good sitting in the stylist seat. The wig i was given did not look like any of the ones posted online. ClearIy this WAS NOT worth $460.00. Since there was a person waiting I asked to come back later to the wig could be fixed based on the many issues. She said she would work on the wig and I could come back like 5:30 pm. I just could not see myself spending $460.00 for something that was incomplete/rush job so I called about 20 mins later to say I did not want that wig. I was told ok and I would be contacted within the hour regarding my refund. No one called me so I called Jae the next day to discuss a refund. Jae told me, "Oh Claudia spent a lot of time with you. its not the wig, you arent used to wearing a wig". WHAT???!! She has got to be kidding me. Jae did not want to discuss all the problems with the wig or the fact that within the time I was there how many times Claudia had to stop to attend to someone else. There was no attempt on Jae's part to address any of my valid concerns so I could buy the wig. She wanted to say the problem was me and not that the wig was not properly done. When I disputed her statement and shared my concerns she told me the store policy says no refunds. WOW!!! She knows that she is going to fix that wig and then sell it. read more

I went to Orlando, FL 3 months later and the heat from the weather (like 90 to 100 degrees) melted the closure. I couldn't curl it or comb it. My arjuni was still flourishing. Well, when I first went there... I commended Jae. I sat in the chair and she immediately starting talking so badly of another female, whom I don't know of and nor did I ask her. She was talking smack about Designer's girlfriend .... (badly)...and also talking about the girl from Love and Hip Hop ( her pic is on the website). So after having my four bundles which I was purchased from Glitzy hair removed for a wig instead. I returned to a wig that consists of (7) tracks. Now this lady is well aware of the situation because I have the text messages along with the phone bill that will prove it along with the debit statement. Now, the problem isn't the fact that after less than 6 weeks that wig I paid Jae $280.00 was destroyed due to the cheap closure she insisted was better than Glitzy's closure when she took down my weave to purchase her Hassadity closure for $85? Now, after leaving there with the 7 track wig, I'm new to wigs, this was my first one ever- now I knew this just couldn't be all my four bundles on this wig... I called a few days later and I spoke with Claudine.... whom says... it's been a few days she's doubts it's here and I would get a call from Jae. That never happened and I didn't bother after neither - but when the wig completely tangled up like a chewed up cotton ball. The glitzy hair was in perfect condition and the only defect was her fake closure. Jae instead calls the Police and tells them she has a crazy person in her shop and she wants them removed. Well Jae .... I'm forced to sue you in small claims court on 9/25/17. You let the judge decide. Since I was the person Jae had the nerve to talk very bad of Designers girlfriend and the Love n Hip Hop, I'll tell the Judge too on your behalf should you wanted to file a defamation lawsuit on Jae from Hassadity Hair on Linden Blvd. If she said it to me - who know who else she's mentioned all the nasty things to as well. read more
