Service was good and staff members were nice but the food is just ok. The seafood doesn't taste that fresh and also portions were on the smaller side since they use a tiny scooper. The customizability is nice but everything in terms of taste including the non-protein sides were just OK.

Absolutely delicious!! we were recommended to try this place and we're so glad we did! When we first walked in we were greeted with nice warm smiles. We love that they're in Togo boxes which makes it feel easy to get Togo and we love the options / choices to add to the "bowls". We definitely will be stopping by again the next time we're in town.

This is my favorite poke spot in Berkeley! I got the small poke bowl, which I think is the perfect serving size. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and I love how they mix the fish with the sauces, adding so much flavor. I went with the Yuzu and Ponzu sauces together, and it was an excellent combo. I also placed an online order for pickup, and it was super fast and easy. I'll definitely be back!

What a great start to begin the year with a new spot unlocked. Hashtag poki is quick and professional at their job. Order what you want, here's your bowl. Seating inside very minimal but you would need to go during slow hours. I went here Sunday lunch, and enjoyed my meal. I was lucky enough to grab a seat and enjoy all the flavors bursting in my mouth. The wonton chips is definitely a must have in your poke bowl. Quite creative, I like the idea! Street parking is provided, not hard to miss. A corner restaurant to serve you. I am most likely coming back to this joint to enjoy more of their menu.

Got a small poke bowl with hamachi and half salad half brown rice. The portions are smaller than I remembered from past visits but the fish, the rice, seaweed salad, and crab salad were all fresh. They charge $1.50 for avocado which is kind of a bummer but the quality of the food is good. Other poke places like Oke Poke include avocado so I'm taking one star off for this. But overall still one of my poke spots in the East Bay for freshness and quality.

Super fresh poke and fresh salad greens in Berkeley! I also love that they offer macaroni salad and edamame as side options. I got a small and the portions were a bit small for the price but for the quality, I believe it's worth it. My only complaint is the sauces are a bit too salty and not savory enough - I'll have to go back and try some other sauce combinations.

Hamachi, spicy tuna mixed with avocado, cucumber in spicy mayo sauce. Sushi rice, crab salad, furikake on top with a side of spicy edamame.

Service was great, fast and nice. Food was fresh. Very good selection of options. Would recommend highly. Great if you are wanting a fresh healthy meal.

My favorite poke place in the bay! The fish is high-quality, they give a good proportion of sauces and mix-ins, and have all the options I usually go for in my bowls. The location itself is relatively spacious, though they don't have too many seating options. I usually come in for an early dinner, and have always been able to grab a seat. They have huge windows, so you can bathe in the sunlight while you eat. The staff are all nice and patient, and were happy to explain which options contained gluten and which did not (though the signs also mention it!).

Solid poke spot! I live a lot further away from campus and no longer have easy access to the other poke spots around, so this was the closest one. There's plenty of street parking here, and the inside has seating. This place is definitely higher quality than the other spots near campus, but I would say their portions are smaller (specifically their rice!) but I honestly don't mind paying more if the fish is better. The staff is also super nice and the inside is always clean, which I appreciate a lot!

We entered a few minutes before peak dinner times, so there were seats to choose and sit from. By the time we left, mostly all the seats were filled up, so I would suggest coming in early. I liked the naming for each of the ramen dishes, some I recognized the names from Hawai'i. For this round, we ordered 3 different types of ramen: the Kuni, Broke da Mouth, and the Miso Hungry. These orders also came around the same time. A notable elements I liked about the ramen was that the noodles were chewy and springy, and the broth was smooth and easy to drink. I also didn't have the urge to drink lots of water either, so the seasoning was perfect. The other element was that I got to enjoy the ramen's broth and noodles as the stars of the dish, and the proteins, like the pork were supporting roles. For me, what I enjoy ramen are the broth and noodles, so I'm happy that these are prominent in the dish, rather than me having other chow down a thick slab of pork. This restaurant hit the right marks for what a delicious ramen is for me, so I'll come back, and maybe try their other broths.

Actually mustard might be a helpful condiment to offer to address the blandness of the food here. I'm not saying it's bad here because it clearly satisfies the student populace who obviously need sustenance to make it through their midterms and finals. For me as someone many years from my undergrad days, however, my point of reference relates to the plate lunches I could find on Oahu. Using that point of comparison, I suggested to Jamie W that we give it a try during one of our weekend Berkeley walks. Jamie ordered the $14.99 BBQ Chicken & Beef Combo Meal. It was a hefty portion suitable for a growing post-adolescent. The meal came with the requisite two scoops of rice, one scoop of macaroni salad, and steamed cabbage underneath the meat (Photo 5). He pronounced it middling when it came to flavor satisfaction. I went for the $13.99 Hawaiian BBQ Beef Bowl. It came with the same sides, and the satisfaction level was comparable (Photo 6). Listen, if I was young and running late to my study group, I'd be so in. The location is gorgeous! The last time I was here it was at night. This was an afternoon visit and it was still a beautiful view of the water. The food is amazing! Great flavors and wide variety of selections even for the time we came which was in between lunch & dinner. The portions were a good size. The overall look of the restaurant is very well kept together. Very well themed and sits perfect with the Hawaiian esthetics. Okay there are my three nice things. Let's get down to business because this is where the experience lacked. SERVICE! We came at a time where we didn't know they stopped serving lunch (The in between I mentioned earlier), which was not a problem. Our family knows how to pivot and adapt to situations. What I didn't like was that our server made us feel really unimportant. Let's start with the greeting. It was ready to order? As if we were a burden. It wasn't busy at all. 2 people at the bar, a couple opposite of us in the bar area (yes we were placed in the bar which is fine, because the dinning room is being set for dinner service at 5), and a gentleman to the right of us. Clearly not busy. We finally get our food and we are missing a Tuna Poke. We asked the food runner where it was and he said this was all that was on the ticket. Okay that's fine. Can you send our server so we can get it taken off our bill? The server/ bartender never came back to check on us to see if everything came out until we were almost finished. By that time we had empty drinks for our entire meal. And we asked for refills and our check. We get the check and sure enough the Tuna Poke was on the bill. You know the one that the food runner claimed wasn't on the ticket. This place (due to the standards I have always experienced going to ANY of their locations) my family should have been taken care of and treat like guests instead of burdens or even forgotten in an empty bar seating area.
