My phone order was not processed correctly, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes before receiving my food. The mutton biryani was equally disappointing. Compared to my previous visits, it had noticeably fewer pieces of mutton. The pieces that were included were unusually bony and, unfortunately, many of them were burnt, which significantly affected the taste and quality. On my previous visits, I had also noticed that multiple staff members answer the phone, and at least one of them could benefit from additional training in handling customer calls and communicating with U.S. customers more effectively. I overlooked those issues because the biryani had always been excellent. Sadly, this visit was different. Between the poor service, the long wait, and the decline in the quality of the biryani, it was a disappointing experience.
