Ive been…read moreto GI who blew me off completely Ive been to dermatology who acted like I shouldn't be there for a skin scan which there is a lot of skin cancer in my family so my mother suggested i go yearly to just have them look at all of my marks to be sure nothing changes She does this and said its a normal thing. well the dermatologist I saw treated me like I was wasting his time being there. My primary was useless she acts like she's scared to touch me when doing exam never smiled and just had a vibe that made me feel like she didn't like me even though I would smile and TRY to conversate .and only seen her a handful of times, Aren't doctors suppose to be caring? or at least act like it? I heard she left .. good luck to anyone that has to deal with her. My husband saw a doctor there as well for a lump and without even looking at it told him it was nothing. well now its gotten worse with different symptoms and NEEDS more attention so we switched and got the hell out of reliant and now go to a private office that is not affiliated with reliant or anyone else. THEY ARE AWESOME. I will yelp them separate because they don't deserve to be in the same yelp with reliant. BUT I have gone to physical Therapy after surgery at reliant and they are great. other than them forget it and stay far away from reliant primary doctors and specialists. And don't bother telling me to call the patient care number because after reading other yelps i see you try to look good sending a number that no one can get anyone. shame shame. You have been going downhill for years and no one cares enough to fix the problems. I don't even know what it would take to fix it. But Maybe a good start would be compassion classes for the doctors.

We a great conversion about the Millennium prize solution to the Navier-Stokes problem, the proof of Fermat's, ships, and other interesting topics while he operated. Dr Sameer is based out of Mass Eye & Ear, but does some work at Kuchnir (mine was on a Sunday). If I ever need this type of surgery again, I will seek him out even if I have to go to his Boston office. The medical assistants at this practice are gap year grads polishing their resume for med school applications. The one who assisted and did my suture removal (MIke) was excellent. I called the office and left a message, asking about this. 24 hours later, I still had not heard back, so I called and left another message. A couple of hours after that, a nurse called me and said, "Oh, that's our bad." !!! They had, in fact, prescribed this in error (instead of a different ointment starting with "T"), and it would have been unsafe for my child. It took a chance Googling and two follow-up calls to find this out, and then there was not even an apology or concern, as if this kind of thing happens all the time with them. I would avoid this practice at all costs.

The person on the phone had my records in front of her.....Nope I could not make an appointment unless I go to my PCP or Urgent care first. They need to see those notes....Then they would know how to schedule you. Silly me thinking that calling the office I've been to and saying I am having the same issue again was enough. I thought a specialist is supposed to tell you what the problem is? The doctor I saw before left.... I knew he was leaving but now I understand why. Just know you can't go there unless someone else checks you. ER Dr only x-rayed one leg. Even though I asked about the other, stated that was all they found. 2 days later (while in a make shift splint on the 4th floor) my son was still in alot of pain I asked the attending doctor to review the x-ray from when in ER. He flipped through his records and said " they didnt x-ray that leg!) My son was bruised from hip to toe, I showed the Dr and he ordered another x-ray. His femur and tibia were broken. He had gone 2 days without this being noticed due to the incompetence of the ER Dr. He was eventually transferred to MGH where he was properly casted and cared for. 2 weeks later my son was suffering from a blockage. Back to ER (unfortunately, needing ambulance transport due to bilateral casting and having to go by stretcher, Milford was only option.) He was admitted, he wasn't cleaned out properly and few days after discharge I was abled to arrange transportation to Newton Wellsley. He was taken care of there. Three months later, my son is suffering from acute insomnia. After working relentlessly with his psychiatrist with nothing working for him, on the 9th sleepless night, he became delusional, hearing voices, paranoid and seeing things that weren't there. ER did nothing. Had a behavioral clinician eval and sent him home. Unbelievable!

The restoration he preformed saved me from having to get a root canal, and a cap, both procedures cost thousands. He provided me with a tremendous value, and for that I am grateful.

RUDE and MANIPULATIVE - Don't go here…read more Milford Orthodontics WAS a great place to go until recently. I had been a patient here for years when I was younger and had braces. The former orthodontist provided a friendly and informative environment. I returned just weeks ago to get my (broken after years of wear) permanent retainer out to find the place under new leadership. Right from the start, my experience was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment time. When I finally got seated, the wait was even longer for attention from the orthodontist and there was the sense that they had overbooked. Then, the staff was extremely rude to me about one of my medical decisions. The orthodontist and her assistant made it abundantly clear that they thought I was wrong in my decision, even going as far as to refer to my decision sarcastically to each other, right in front of me. What is more unacceptable however, is their attempted manipulation. I won't go into details, but the staff at Milford Orthodontics tried to force me into making a decision that would have cost me money by telling me they had spoken with my mom (which they hadn't) and that she wanted a certain action taken (which, for the record, she didn't) despite the fact that I was 18, and in charge of my own medical decisions. When I informed them of this, they eventually subsided amid more sarcastic comments. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior on all fronts

Waiting room is a bit small but comfortable and had a television. I was surprised at the selection of shoes and sandals, several were quite nice.

Was referred to "the elbow specialist" Dr Magit. First time he was dismissive of my pain and…read morebasically told me to go pound sand. The second time around I was again referred to "the best we have" which was Dr Magit. Dr Magit would not listen to me, the patient, when I was trying to explain to him where my upper arm pain was. He was very dismissive of my complaint and told me that I had lower arm pain caused by a common condition (tennis elbow) and that what I was feeling was deflected pain. I felt utterly dismissed and ripped off. I explained my frustration and again he was very, very dismissive. I decided to never, ever go back to him again and to tell others of my doubly poor experience. Within a few days of this fiasco, I went to another orthopedist office affiliated with Mass General Hospital. He who looked at the MRI from UMASS, and said "It is quite obvious to me that you have a tricep tear and tendonosis that is causing all your upper arm pain." He was very attentive to my concerns and also demonstrated exactly where the pain lies. I finally had an answer and a path to recovery after two years of constant pain. Do yourself a favor and go to an expert.

Very busy office and I did have to wait quite a while in the waiting room, but it is because Dr. Magit takes his time and does not rush through your visit. To their credit they have a sign in the waiting room why there may be a delay before you are seen. I have seen MD's that rush through each appointment and still run behind. I would much prefer to wait a bit to be seen knowing my care will be thorough.
