Not one word from my doctor, no input on my care, office staff is good except for the insurance expert that gives me wrong information as it pertains to insurance coverage, NP giving me test results with a letter to me saying they are all abnormal and I have to wait until my PCP yearly checkup in June to discuss. Being told by the NP that she and another doctor were "really, really" concerned about my symptoms and to brace myself as it "could be" cancer without any documented proof. I've been riddled with worry. She should have kept her mouth shut. Also my PCP should have been in touch with me with this news rather than this NP. I'm out.

Excellent Care & Compassionate Staff…read more I went to Mass General Brigham Urgent Care in Foxborough after I fell and had a deep gash under my lip that wouldn't stop bleeding. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Despite expecting a long wait, the three hours went by quickly, and I was actually called into a room in less than 10 minutes. The woman who escorted me to the room was incredibly kind, funny, and sympathetic--she immediately put me at ease and even had me laughing during a stressful moment. The PA and nurse who treated me were just as professional and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable and not awkward or embarrassed about falling. Everything was handled thoroughly and carefully, right down to my stitches. The facility itself was spotless and very well maintained. I truly felt cared for and respected throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care location and would not hesitate to return if needed. Great team, great care.

Dr. Sarah Byrne at Root Family Medicine is -- by far -- the most talented PCP I've ever had and…read moreamong the best doctors I've ever seen. I have EDS, craniocervical instability, dysautonomia and transverse myelitis, all of which have been an ordeal to untangle, and she's been completely brilliant in her ability to juggle both the big picture and small details simultaneously within a variety of rare issues. After burning through multiple specialists, she was actually the first person to suggest I could have Ehlers-Danlos, an unusual genetic condition. How she even knew about this is beyond me, as most EDS patients are first introduced to it by a specialist, definitely not a generalist like their PCP. She then sent me to a geneticist at BWH who confirmed her hunch. She also suspected I have Lyme when no one else did, ordered blood work from Quest and -- lo and behold -- it came back shriekingly positive while everyone else was burying their heads in the sand. She's extraordinarily adept, and I'm only scratching the surface of other rocks she's managed to look under that no other doctor thought to. Dr. Byrne has also pulled together a very skilled and compassionate front office who make booking appointments and asking questions easier than any other medical office I've ever dealt with. Rebecca and Teresa have helped with so many complicated things over the years and been completely unwavering. She's also very easy to book follow-ups with and always seems to make sure she has last-minute slots available. She's fundamentally there for her patients and, beyond her formidable intelligence, is also just a very reassuring soul when facing a seemingly endless stream of medical problems. Root Family Medicine is a vibrant reflection of Dr. Byrne, an unmatched PCP who is exceptionally smart, intrinsically open-minded and genuinely caring. If everyone could have a PCP like her the world would be a much, much healthier place. I'm eternally lucky to have Dr. Byrne as a bright lighthouse in the fog of an unusual medical picture.

I came to Norwood Urgent Care on jan 2025. I had very fast heart bit (170), chest pain and was…read moreconcerned about heart attack. I was taken fast, EKG and chest x-ray were taken. PA came and told me that I don't have hear problem and I was dismissed. Very next day I was hospitalized with A-fib and tachycardia. I am very dissapointed that I was dismissed so easily with heart problem. The PA should have being more concerned because even though my EKG was normal, but the heart rate was very fast. He should have being more careful and, perhaps, recommend me to go to the ER at least. Please, be careful with those urgent cares. They can only diagnose a very simple diagnoses.
